PSA: legacy Ultra Heating & Cooling customers, cancel all payments.
On June 22nd, Mission Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling sent a technician to diagnose my HVAC system - the AC had not been working for a few days at that point. Since then, they have not called, messaged, or emailed me a single time. I have called 4 times, each time they have said, ""I will make sure someone gets back to you right away"". My house has been without AC for 17 days due to their lies stringing me along. I have been paying $14/mo for a service agreement since December 2021, and never had any issues with Ultra Heating and Cooling fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, it is clear that Mission PHC has taken on all Ultra customers with their acquisition, and are continuing to take their money every month with no intentions of honoring the service agreement. To all legacy Ultra customers, I would recommend cancelling your service agreement immediately and finding a new, trustworthy HVAC company before any issues come up with your HVAC systems.

This company will outrageously overcharge you. They came to fix a gasket in the shower and charged over $700 to do something I could've done myself! Not to mention they left the valve mount in a worse condition than it began with! Now the water doesn't want to work and they want to charge upwards of $3000 on the basis of an issue that NOONE can explain. They give the run around and are very poor at communicating. I spoke to 4 different people and no one knows what is going on! Spend your money else where!!!

I've used Mission Plumbing for a few years, and until now I was happy with them. Recently called them out to install a new kitchen faucet that we had purchased (Moen faucet, purchased from Lowes), and the estimate was $895!!!
That's an outrageous price! Instead, we did it ourselves - took 1 hour.

Dishonest company. Was told a price and then they come and tell me I need 800 dollars worth of work on a unit that I only scheduled a yearly maintenence for and it's only 2 years old. Bait and switch on price. Worst company, so dishonest!!! Watch out for them. I got my tune up for 80 plus tax from another reputable company.

Purchased an $8000 tankless hot water system included in the price were 3 whole house water filters of which they did not have in stock. Paid for filters and hot water system. Scheduled numerous times to replace filters and Mission plumbing failed to call or reschedule. Nine months later and multiple calls where they said they were coming they never showed.

Trusted this company for a new furnace and air conditioner back in 2019. They sold us a brand that we now know is not a good brand. They installed it without the unit getting enough intake air. The heat exchanger was overheating and burning up and cracked. And the air conditioner condenser went out. The folks they hire don't know enough about the business.

I called Mission Plumbing after discovering drain wouldn't open on bathtub. The service an arrived and only had to flip a small lever in the tub to open the drain. It took him about ten seconds. I was charged $139.00. I realize he did have to drive out but cone on! $139.00 for ten seconds?????????

Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with. To say it blatantly they ghosted me.

The lack of transparency is mind blowing, and their customer service is very poor. When I asked for an answer to why they haven't called back for a month is ""I don't know.""

The operators always say they will have a manager call back, but they never do.

They drag on a project for weeks without any communication. And the reason to why they haven't finished changes several times. First they say it's because they are waiting for the city to oversee, then it's because they are waiting for parts, then now they are saying they don't need any of those.

I've called them for two weeks everyday and get absolutely no answer to when they are going to finish the project. The neighbors have started complaining to the city because the sewage pipe is uncovered and is hazardous for anyone to trip and fall, let alone freeze.

Also with another project I was quoted from Mission Plumbing the double the amount when I called another company which they fixed it for half the price because they found out they didn't need to replace the whole garbage disposal, just needed to tighten a screw. Ooph.

Sent someone out who gave the wrong age of my HVAC units, didn't check the outside component. He was in a big hurry, gave us an estimate and left.
