Tino was recommended by my son who has had plumbing issues in the past. It was very easy to get a hold of him via phone. He responded to our plumbing circumstance right away. There was water collecting on our laundry room floor from a leaking water heater. He diagnosed the situation quickly and promptly remedied the problem. While he was there, he even looked into a secondary issue with a guest bathroom toilet. We were all very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

For a week, our kitchen sinks were flooding with water. It did not matter if it was when we used the kitchen or the bathrooms. We had tried so many YouTube remedies of vinegar and baking soda for numerous of days. We had even brought a chemicals to try to unclog the situation without any luck.

We had finally given up and so on Saturday morning we had called Tino. He was a busy man as he tried to make time to help us today. He even offered to have someone else to come in his place since he did not want us to be left without any solution. We declined the offer and wanted his personal service. We scheduled a time for Sunday.

When he arrived Sunday, he was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He immediately began working to unclog the years of build up from our sinks. I do not need to say that it got really messy. He had finished the job within 30 minutes! After he unclogged our sinks, he suggested to replace our old pipes to prevent this problem from happening again. He offered to replace if for a cheap price. We had declined the offer for now. Later we had found out that he came during his off day. We could not believe he would go out of his way for for us, especially since this was the first time we used his service.

He really does care about his clients and genuinely wants to help as many people as he can. Friendly. Reasonable. We definitely recommend his service!

Had a problem with my sink drain, Mr Tino came out and diagnosed the problem as a clogged pipe that was so jammed with decades of grease (a problem I inherited - it's an old house) he recommended a pipe replacement.
I'm a contractor myself, and I agreed.
He came back the next day, did the work without any damage and his price was totally reasonable.

Tino knows his stuff, if I could hire him at my company, he would be a huge asset.

My third time to call Tino for help to fix shower pipe leaking and kitchen sink disposal breakdown; also there comes 2 other plumbing maintenance fixes. Tino did careful examining and offer a fair price for 4 projects. When he started, it shows the shower leaking in my old house was very tougher to fix than he estimated before, as he had to climb up to mid-roof to cut a hole to take whole leaking pipe out without breaking the tiles and wall inside the house. This leaking fix took him extra double or triple hours in a week period; but he still charges me the original estimation prices. I was so moved and honored by his sincere attitudes, hard working spirits by spending his holiday time and night overtime hours, along with his perfect handcraft plumbing fixes. He is not only just a highly skilled professional plumber, but also a trustful good-heart person you can rely on.

5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.

I had already had a plumber come out and access my job who I was very disappointed with, so I called Mission City Plumbing. They were clear, reasonably priced, quick to respond to messages, and finished the work in a timely manner. The work also was completed very cleanly and my sink was left looking better than ever. Mission City came to the rescue when our showers were backed up and we had water flowing out of the bath late in the evening. Despite the late hour, Mission City showed up in under 30 minutes and had our problem solved about 30 minutes after that. We are truly grateful!

Tino replaced the leaking valves of the faucets in both of our bathrooms as well as replacing the shower regulators in both bathrooms, which had corroded over 20 years of use. Besides being an expert plumber, Tino was honest and straightforward, clearly communicating what he thought he could and could not do. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him highly for any plumbing needs. I know who I will call the next time I need a plumber.

I'm a retired contractor and of course hate to pay to have someone do work that I could easily do. But my homeowner grade rooter equipment won't cut roots as well or as easily as professional grade equipment. So I turned to Mission City Plumbing for help. Called at 7am, Tino answered and said he could come by at 10:30 am (He arrived at 10:15am Great start!) He looked at the situation, quoted me a fair price and said he could knock it out for me in a few hours.
Tino quickly set-up and had the roots that were clogging the main sewer lateral cleared within 20 minutes. He then proceeded to rooter the entire line out to the street. Now that the line was clear, he cut out a section of cast iron pipe and installed an ABS two-way clean out.
I thought okay, great, but then to my surprise Tino ran the snake the opposite way in order to remove build-up of the 4"" underfloor sewer line.
Next he brought out the camera and ran that the full length in each direction. I am very pleased at his prompt, courteous and professional service, qualities I used to pride myself on when I was a contractor. Call Tino at Mission City Plumbing you'll be glad you did!

Tino did a great job replacing two sinks for me. One of them was a snap. The other one had to be cut out and he had all the specialty tools to do it without complaint. He was clean and efficient and I will definitely work with him again. We got bids from three different places and they were all basically the same. I would recommend Mission city plumbing as a locally owned independent business.
