Just a big yes all around.

We had a bathtub that I needed to get hooked up. We didn't have access to the plumbing from below so it was a little tricky. Tino was really patient as I described my random thoughts to him by text. He said he would need to look at it. During our diagnostic, he showed up on time, definitely spent his time noodling on the problem, and figured it out. When it came time to do the work, showed up on time again and finished the work as promised.

Honest work! I would definitely call him again.

Tino was straightforward, honest, and went over and above to help me out, even after he knew he was referring me to another plumber. Tino came out to take a look at a leak coming from the lines running up to my jacuzzi in the crawl space early on a Sunday morning before another job. He was prompt and a great communicator.

The way the lines had been plumbed in, it was a very tight space that he wouldn't be able to maneuver effectively in. He was honest and upfront saying that for him to do it, he would have to cut away some of the wood frame and it would end up being a lot more cost than for someone who was small and could work in that tight space. So he referred me to another plumber who also owned his own company and helped facilitate the connection. I ended up going with his referral and am very happy with the work that was done.

As we were walking out, Tino asked me when I wanted the work down by, and I told him as soon as possible since I had the water to my whole house turned off. He stopped and told me that there were valves at the tub that he could turn off so that the leak would be isolated and I could turn the water back on to my house. He already knew he wasn't going to get my business, and he went out of his way to go back under the crawl space (which was a very tight entrance and certainly dirty!) to go back in and enable me to have the water turned on to my house. My hero!

When I need a plumbing job in the future, I will absolutely call Tino - he was honest, straightforward in explaining everything, great to communicate with, and just an all around nice person who went out of his way to help me for no charge. Thank you, Tino!

Called at 7am on a Sunday and he came by an hour later. Talk about dependability! We had an issue with our toilet and he was able to help us out. Definitely recommend Tino!

What can I say amazing service. I have been trying to get my tub and sink unclogged for three days finally I had enough its been hot and I needed to shower. I did not want to take a shower in dirty black water so I called around. From the time I called to the time he came it was only 20 minutes super fast. He was so professional and he was very nice. He fixed the clog and thanks to him I can now shower in a clean tub. If i ever need a plumber this is the plumber im going to call he is fast, reliable, and professional. Very happy with the service.

Where is the option for more than five stars?!? Tino answered our call late on a Sunday night.

My husband and I tried to fix a leaking toilet and discovered the lock nut (the part underneath the that tightens the fill valve to the flex line- I think that's the name). That piece was stuck to the main piece and no YouTube video was going to save us. We went to Home Depot, bought all the things and found ourselves shutting all the water off to the house to avoid a massive water bill and possibly protesters at our front door for our water usage.

Tino arrived about 30 minutes after we called and set us at ease telling us we did not have the tools to fix the problem. He had everything he needed in his truck to fix our problem. He even fixed our flex line leak that we didn't call about because he knew that was also going to be an issue for us. We had it on our list to fix and appreciated he was willing to fix it on an emergency call.

We are so happy that, after four years of living in San Jose, we now have a go to plumber. The mass
Commercial places may have tv time but they definitely don't have the customer service and call to action that Tino has. He is an expert in his craft, super friendly and will make sure you have plumbing that is safe and secure!

Mission City Plumbing saved the day!! High water bill due too water leaking in toilet. Researched on yelp, and contacted Mission City Plumbing, Called and with in 20mins they arrived. They found the problem quick. For reasonable price. I would recommend Mission City Plumbing to my friends and family.

Tino is great! Had a problem with my exterior faucet and was able to do the repair while I was waiting. When Tino arrived he was very polite and after checking if everything looked ok, he left without a charge. Definitely keeping his card on file.

We have an old sewer line outside our house that seems to get clogged every few months. Tino came over without hesitation and got straight to work.
