If you don't mind overpaying for plumbing or air conditioning work then please give Miranda a call. Otherwise go elsewhere as they are crooks. I can't believe how many people I have talked to have had a bad experience with this outfit. I am one of them and will never use them again.

CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We've had GREAT SERVICE from Miranda TWICE! Each time a technician comes over they figure out our problem in seconds. The techs are extremely professional and respectful. I never feel ripped off my problem is always solved when they leave!!

Horrible. Stay away. Rip off. They tried to charge me 700 to connect my sink. I told him no and then I had to pay them 69 for coming out. I went to Home Depot and got all the parts for 40 dollars and did it myself in less then one hour.

Customer BEWARE !! Miranda plumbing is overpriced and not trustworthy !! Miranda spent two hours looking for a leak, $1500.00 later, still never found the leak. Also would not reset the toilet without an additional charge. Explained they would need to break floor apart for $5,300.00 to find leak ? We had another plumber come out, found the leak for $300.00 and DID NOT have to break apart the floor ?? Customer BEWARE !!

RIPPED OFF The company tried to charge me $800 for a simple kitchen faucet replacement. After I declined, they charged me $69 for the estimate. Ultimately, it was replaced by another plumber for $75 (not including a faucet cost). The whole job took about an hour to complete. Stay away from these crooks.

Their workmanship is top notch. Unfortunately the quality of the the unit they sold me is not. The unit is now 4 years old and has already costed me an additional $1000 in repairs. I understand parts wear down over time. But when your charged. $200 for a $20 non specialized part you begin to feel a little taken advantage of and that does not include labor. It's unfortunate I used to recommend them to my customers but now not so much.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. They screwed me so bad. All I had was a hot water tank that needed a leaking pressure valve. They talked me into a new hot water tank that was so very superior to my 6 year warranty Whirlpool. The price was $1,400.00 for the new water heater and the labor. He assured me it was the very best hot water heater on the market and I would have no problems with it. 6 year warranty parts and labor. So did my old Whirlpool. Well stupid me went for the hype. It took 3 hours to replace it. The next day I looked up the price for that super water heater. $329.95 so it looks like a minimum of $300.00 an hour for the installation. Do NOT use this company for any reason at all. They will, if they have half a chance screw you. I normally do my homework first. But they wanted to charge for a service call. Yea right. So I figured they do know what they are talking about and I went for it. How stupid I was.

One of my toilets had a slow valve leak. . The plumber first tried to sell me a new toilet for $750. When I explained that the toilet was only 5 years old, he replaced the valve. It took the plumber about 10 minutes to replace the $15 valve and he charged me $245. If I had declined, it would cost me $69. I wanted the valve in our other toilet replaced as a precautionary measure and he wanted another $245 to do it even though he was already here. I declined of course.. And to really insult my intelligence, he tried to sell me a 'plumbing membership' for $10/month. This place is a rip off!!!!

Miranda should be proud of the way they always treat the customer first! Not to mention the fact that technically Miranda is second to none in AC knowledge! My unit is 15 years old, and not with standing the fact that it could go at any time, the great maintenance services Miranda provides is helping me nurse it through! I just need one more year! Really! Hahaha!!!!!!

I do not recommend this company. They are the only plumbing company in the area that charges for an estimate. Said they would waive the charge, but only if you hire them for the work. Their prices are very high, much higher than the next estimate (by over $700), and then they try to sell you on a """"Club Membership"""" to save 15% on the work. However, the club membership costs more than the discount. Bottom line... don't use this company. Stephan
