If I could have given zero stars I would have. They screwed me so bad. All I had was a hot water tank that needed a leaking pressure valve. They talked me into a new hot water tank that was so very superior to my 6 year warranty Whirlpool. The price was $1,400.00 for the new water heater and the labor. He assured me it was the very best hot water heater on the market and I would have no problems with it. 6 year warranty parts and labor. So did my old Whirlpool. Well stupid me went for the hype. It took 3 hours to replace it. The next day I looked up the price for that super water heater. $329.95 so it looks like a minimum of $300.00 an hour for the installation. Do NOT use this company for any reason at all. They will, if they have half a chance screw you. I normally do my homework first. But they wanted to charge for a service call. Yea right. So I figured they do know what they are talking about and I went for it. How stupid I was.

I have used Miranda several times over the past few years. I continue to call them because of the professionalism and excellent customer service that starts on the telephone and carries through with the service rep in my home. They are very conscientious of the customers needs. I enjoy calling them because I know I will be treated with the utmost respect and Plus they are just a friendly bunch!

The technician was on time, polite, and professional. The cost was extremely high for the project at hand. $598. to replace a toilet flange( toilet was already removed) . if one does not mind paying considerable high prices for a project , I recommend Miranda plumbing

Their workmanship is top notch. Unfortunately the quality of the the unit they sold me is not. The unit is now 4 years old and has already costed me an additional $1000 in repairs. I understand parts wear down over time. But when your charged. $200 for a $20 non specialized part you begin to feel a little taken advantage of and that does not include labor. It's unfortunate I used to recommend them to my customers but now not so much.

Miranda should be proud of the way they always treat the customer first! Not to mention the fact that technically Miranda is second to none in AC knowledge! My unit is 15 years old, and not with standing the fact that it could go at any time, the great maintenance services Miranda provides is helping me nurse it through! I just need one more year! Really! Hahaha!!!!!!

I called Miranda to inquire about a water heater replacement. It was under warranty through the manufacturer. They answered the phone, unlike others that had voicemail. I explained our situation and setup an appointment for service between 8:00 and 10:00 am the very next day. Dennis arrived promptly at 8:20 or so. While we initially thought the price was a bit high, after talking at length with him, we decided to go ahead with the job! Dennis was personable, assuring, did the job brilliantly, vacuumed the area and did it all with a smile! Would definitely use this company again and would request Dennis. Great company! Thanks Miranda!

RIPPED OFF The company tried to charge me $800 for a simple kitchen faucet replacement. After I declined, they charged me $69 for the estimate. Ultimately, it was replaced by another plumber for $75 (not including a faucet cost). The whole job took about an hour to complete. Stay away from these crooks.

This company took us for a ride, they way overestimated the scope of work, didn't tell us, about non refundable deposit, and refused to provide us with an invoice breakdown. Not a good company for small or large jobs. And their we bill for what we think its worth approach is a joke.

Customer BEWARE !! Miranda plumbing is overpriced and not trustworthy !! Miranda spent two hours looking for a leak, $1500.00 later, still never found the leak. Also would not reset the toilet without an additional charge. Explained they would need to break floor apart for $5,300.00 to find leak ? We had another plumber come out, found the leak for $300.00 and DID NOT have to break apart the floor ?? Customer BEWARE !!

Do not call this company! If you like being shafted then please do. I called miranda plumbing for a problem with my water heater. Their add said $69.00 + repair. I scheduled a service call for the next day. The next day the serviceman showed up within the scheduled time frame. He was very courteous and professional. My problem is not with him but the the highway robbers he works for. I explained the problem to the serviceman and he said he thought the relief valve was bad. This conversation took all of about 30 seconds. Normally a service call includes the first hour of figuring out what the problem is and then begin to address the problem. After that the rate usually reverts to a lower more reasonable rate. (That is why the first hour rate is at a premium). HERE'S THE RUB : The plumber shows up with a huge truck with supplies that a good reputable plumbing company SHOULD HAVE. Guess what, he doesn't have a $15.00 part and has to wait for somene to deliver the part which took more time ( don't forget I'm on the clock ). The repair took one hour start to finish. The repair man handed me a bill for $259.00. When I questioned the bill, he said it was $69.00 to look at it and tell me he THOUGHT that it was a releif valve and it was $ 190.00 to replace the valve. SO, ONE HOUR OF A PLUMBER DOING WORK WAS APPROXIMATELY $$$$$$$ MIRANDA PLUMBING SERVICE... 245.00 PER HOUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
