Recommended Customer Reviews

The technician was on time, polite, and professional. The cost was extremely high for the project at hand. $598. to replace a toilet flange( toilet was already removed) . if one does not mind paying considerable high prices for a project , I recommend Miranda plumbing

I use Miranda for all my AC needs and have had them fix a few plumbing issues on occasion. I have always been impressed by their technician's professionalism and ability to resolve the issues - I've never had a bad technician. My recent visit I had them tune up my AC and they ended up adding some refrigerant to my older system and leaked-checked the coils, they were in and out quickly. I'm shocked by some of the reviews on this site, I have found their prices comparable to other reputable companies in the area, I would highly recommend them if your looking for professionals.

This is not a joke! The guy came and solved my problem in 5 minutes... I'm ok with that, it's Sunday and everybody must be paid, but $245.00 they charge for 1 capacitor?! This is not fair, this is the same of stealing some one! The cost of this peace on Amazon is $29.00-39.00 dollars. This is how they get your business! Never will be recommended!

i called miranda plumbing and today to come and check out my hot water heater and they told me there would be pan $89.00 fee to come check it . They came and before they would even look at it they made us sign a statement that we would pay that fee. Well out of the three companies we called they were the only ones to request that. I was so surprised that there fee Was twice as much as the other companies quoted. Miranda never tried to press me on getting this fixed all they said were ok just give me the service fee. My opinion is they really did not want to fix it they just wanted the fee. That is why the charged twice the price of anyone else. Don't ever use anyone who charges a fee.

Total rip off.....told me service fee of $89 would be deducted from repair costs. Then wanted to charge me $600 to snake my toilet lol. Ridiculous.....needless to say I'm out $89 and still have a clogged toilet.

Miranda Plumbing was extremely professional and punctual (very hard to find these days) we had an emergency and they came out to our home immediately to fix our issue, they repaired so quickly for us and we have not had any problems since. The ladies in the office are very polite and understanding. The service technician was extremely polite and Courteous as well. Thank you again Miranda. This will be the company I recommend and would definitely use again!

The slogan of Mike and his company Miranda is as follows; """"Always on time....Always fixed fine."""" All B.S. as I will prove to warn all consumers, do not do business with these literal sales promoters and literally thieves. I spent an entire weekend re-programming a Honeywell Vision pro, and remote at a cost of $500 (owner said at his cost). More B.S. as my research of the Honeywell product is advertised on Amazon, Home Depot at $167 for the thermostat and $55 for the remote and $30 for the A/C sensor totaling $252, not $500. What a group of pure swindlers. Then again I made 10 pages of notes as to the performance, as the salesman, oh I mean the technician did not have a clue as to the product and spent time on the phone receiving his training program. Again, A/C was operating constantly for over six hours, non-stop, to where I had to reset the temperature on an hour by hour basis, one degree at a time, as originally the clown tech set the thermostat at 75 degrees, and left. the actual temp was 78 degrees, and never came lower for six hours. Of course the sales/technician offered excuses as missing insulation at the make up air unit ( which was done when Miranda installed it in 2017, or my gasket at the garage door needed replacing, all more and more B.S. I am in the process of legal remedies, as this Miranda Company should not be allowed to rip off another customer. Of course I must warn the CONSUMER not to do business with such despicable rip-off artists, who will tell you anything for the sale at outrageous prices. I spent the entire weekend monitoring the inoperable thermostat, yet Mike and his so-called crew never, ever came back until the following Monday. Mike also stated that he was in contact with Rheem, the A/C manufacturer to look at the equipment, and of course, no show from either Miranda or Rheem. BEWARE CONSUMER, AVOID BEING RIPPED OFF.

The Biggest crooks in the business. They pull a part out of your ac unit and tell you its shorting out, which is not true. Then they charge you $300 plus labor for a part your ac did not need. They will also try and talk you into a ripoff bogus service contract that's a scam. They are a total crooked company

Our water heater broke during the night last night. We called Miranda Plumbing because of an article my husband saw in the newspaper about Miranda offering to clean air conditioners for whatever you offer them in payment. He said people that make that kind of offer can't be rip-offs. But, he was WRONG!!!! We told them what we needed and they came out and gave us an estimate for $1900.00 + to replace it. The estimate cost us $89.00. We were not told about any estimate cost on the phone or we would never have had them come out at all. Needless to say, we did not use Miranda Plumbing and Air Conditioning. So save your money and don't use this company for anything!!!!!

If you don't mind overpaying for plumbing or air conditioning work then please give Miranda a call. Otherwise go elsewhere as they are crooks. I can't believe how many people I have talked to have had a bad experience with this outfit. I am one of them and will never use them again.
