Jeff arrived right on schedule and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a broken external water pipe which had caused us to have no water in the house. It was a great relief to have someone who was so transparent about the required work and worked efficiently to get us back up and running! This company came recommended. Easy job, had to replace a new valve that went.bad. Easy wrench and off. Less than 2 hr work and valve and handle I priced at Ferguson for$27. Exact same part I was charged $593 . Struggled for days when I asked for an itemization to get a response. Did beautiful work but they obviously have a warped sense of what to charge

My garbage disposal wasn't working and I was able to book an appointment promptly. The technician was super friendly and managed to replace the disposal within an hour and it works great. Now I know what a healthy garbage disposal should sound like! I did think the pricing was a little expensive after the fact and messaged the owner who got back to me very quickly explaining why and how the prices are market prices for the size of the company and even offered me a partial refund. I would highly recommend this company for their promptness and expertise!

Alden at Miracle Works saved the day! We had backed up toilets, sewage coming up through the shower and a clogged kitchen sink. Alden is literally the nicest guy, while also being incredibly professional and effecient. I will definitely use Miracle Works again and I'll also see if Alden is available. Cannot recommend enough!

Baking soda/vinegar and two bottles of the highest rated drain unclogger on Google failed to clear my clogged kitchen drain. I then called Miracle Works today on the basis of Yelp reviews and proximity. Manny arrived near the beginning of the two hour window I was given and resolved the problem promptly, professionally and courteously for a fair price. All the communication was very clear. I will not hesitate to use the company again when a plumbing need arises.

Jeff and Manny were excellent! They fixed my old plumbing to make it compatible with modern washers and found a HUGE leak in my crawl space.

The repair work was reasonably priced and will no doubt save me from more water damage, thanks to them catching it!

The reviews looked so good. I guess too good. Called, scheduled appointment. Got an email confirming appointment. No one ever showed up. I've tried calling them all day today to get a reason. No answer at the main number. The confirmation email has a different number. That number goes straight to voicemail. This is sad. I was hoping this company was as good as the reviews stated. I've left two messages today. No call back. Time to try someone else.
