Charles was prompt and the ultimate professional. He stopped by for an in-depth assessment of my leaky 20yr old hot water heater. We agreed that it was at the end of the line and he arrived the next morning ready to go. A few short hours later, done! Final price met the cost estimate, and he was great about explaining my setup and the new system. Top notch!

Charles from Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain serviced our plumbing problems and we were very pleased with the service. He explained how he was going to evaluate the problem and explained his pricing. He was very professional, respectful, listened to our concerns, and showed us the problems that he found, discussed his plan and efficiently carried on in repairing the problems. Jeff was recommended by a friend and we would highly recommend him to our friends as well. He's extremely knowledgeable and was very patient when it came to explaining/teaching me about the pipes and what our rental needed. We needed half of our pipes replaced and every person that came by was respectful. I stuck around to do my own projects and could hear them communicating from the crawl space under the house through the floors and everyone was just really nice to each other. Later found out one of the guys was his son and I love that he's teaching his son everything he knows. They also got almost everything done in a day! The only things needed to get done on other days were things I requested to add on later. I'll definitely be using them again.

4 days later for an estimate and work commenced next day. The quote was reasonable, and the amount didn't change after work was complete. This review is based off customer service alone, which is also super important. I called as a tenant had a problem they could not trouble shoot with their garbage disposal. The scheduler listened to my explanation and let me know several outcomes. They scheduled someone out the next week which was their first available appointment. She let me know they were a newer company and it was nice to hear they were willing to actually do an in person assessment and free estimate when other plumbers I called made it clear they were only willing to replace the disposal which came with a hefty price tag. They will absolutely be my first call next time there is a plumbing issue at any of my properties.

I must say looking for a plumber sucks!! ,I have been looking for a plumber due to my water leaking in my shower, everyone that I called couldn't come till the next day. And when they did come , they were charging me $600 to just change the cartridge. I made several calls , finally miracle works called me and said they could come between 2-4 .When Damarus came, I could already tell he was the one who I was going to pick to fix my shower faucet. He was very courteous . I was impressed with the service I received. It only took him like 30 mins well plus 15 because he had to go to Home Depot to get the parts because he didn't have it in his truck . But overall The work was quick and affordably fair priced. Thank you Damarus !!! You were awesome!!!! Please please please for all your plumbing needs!! Call miracle works!!! 5 star for me

I hired Miracle Works to cap off my kitchen gas line. I did not wait long for an appointment. The tech arrived on time and was professional. He also answered several questions I had about other minor plumbing problems, and seemed quite knowledgeable. A positive experience - I would use them again.

Damarcus and Alden installed a new sink and garbage disposal for us. They did such a great job - showed up on time, answered all of our questions, and wore booties over their shoes while they were here. 10/10 would recommend.
