With a bunch of extra guests including kids, our (one) toilet clogged. I called our old plumber, but he seems to have retired. I saw that Miracle had good reviews on Yelp, so I called about 1:00 pm. The dispatcher said someone would be by between 2 and 4:00. Robert showed up shortly after 2:00 and fixed it right away. We were very pleased at the service. I plan to call them again when I have problems - let's hope that's a long time away! Highly recommended.

Hired Miracle Works Plumbing when my toilet backed up and couldn't resolve the issue my self. This company was fast to respond and got me on the schedule same day and fixed the issue fast and at a very reasonable price.

I absolutely love this company and won't go through any other! After first reaching out to The Trenchless Company and receiving a con bid for $6,000 to snake a main, I decided to follow a friend's recommendation to get a second opinion from Miracle Works.

Miracle Works immediately dispatched a service tech (even though it was after 5 pm), and had the line cleared within an hour. Also, the service tech (Joe...I believe) was a very kind man.

$165 vs $6,000.

1. Go with Miracle Works. They're honest, reliable, prompt, and very fair prices.

2. Stay the hell away from The Trenchless Company.

Robert was supposed to do a small job which ended up being more work due to previous work that was done to the pipes. He went to Home Depot to buy everything necessary and got the job done within the time frame estimated. I would definitely recommend miracle works plumbing and drain.

Miracle Works was totally pro from start to finish. A young man named Jeshua showed up on time, prepared with a face mask and booties to cover his shoes in my house. Jeshua was professional and courteous, and got right to work fixing the leaking disposal. When he was done, the leak was fixed and the plumbing beneath the sink looked better than the day we moved in 20 years ago. I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Totally pro.

I called Miracle Works Plumbing on Sunday night and left a voicemail. I received a call back from Mary Monday morning and she asked what our needs were. After chatting, I asked if someone could come out today for an estimate. Luckily for us there was an opening. Charles, the owner, was prompt and came over at 2pm even though we were given a window of 2-4. Always nice when it is sooner rather than later! Charles was very knowledgeable, professional, and safety conscious. He wore a mask and took the time to put on shoe coverings. He listened to what we wanted and gave us options. He asked if we'd like the job done today since one of his workers had finished early on another job. Of course we said yes! Charles put in the order for our toilet, Robert picked it up and installed. Robert was efficient and quiet. They also installed our new bidet. We would definitely recommend Miracle Works Plumbing. Awesome job and great customer service.

We found our plumber!!! So happy!!! Just bought a house so finding the right experts to fix things now and partner with on our ""wants"" list in the future is important. Today Robert installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, water circultation pump and fixed a leaky sink all in less than 3 hours!!! Wait...and he was quiet and clean!!! Charles explained everything very well during the initial estimating process and did not delay in getting the estimate back to me. Mary was super responsive and did a great job with communication and scheduling. Great job Miracle Works!!!
