Miracle Works was totally pro from start to finish. A young man named Jeshua showed up on time, prepared with a face mask and booties to cover his shoes in my house. Jeshua was professional and courteous, and got right to work fixing the leaking disposal. When he was done, the leak was fixed and the plumbing beneath the sink looked better than the day we moved in 20 years ago. I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Totally pro.

I called Miracle Works Plumbing on Sunday night and left a voicemail. I received a call back from Mary Monday morning and she asked what our needs were. After chatting, I asked if someone could come out today for an estimate. Luckily for us there was an opening. Charles, the owner, was prompt and came over at 2pm even though we were given a window of 2-4. Always nice when it is sooner rather than later! Charles was very knowledgeable, professional, and safety conscious. He wore a mask and took the time to put on shoe coverings. He listened to what we wanted and gave us options. He asked if we'd like the job done today since one of his workers had finished early on another job. Of course we said yes! Charles put in the order for our toilet, Robert picked it up and installed. Robert was efficient and quiet. They also installed our new bidet. We would definitely recommend Miracle Works Plumbing. Awesome job and great customer service.

We found our plumber!!! So happy!!! Just bought a house so finding the right experts to fix things now and partner with on our ""wants"" list in the future is important. Today Robert installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, water circultation pump and fixed a leaky sink all in less than 3 hours!!! Wait...and he was quiet and clean!!! Charles explained everything very well during the initial estimating process and did not delay in getting the estimate back to me. My toilet overflowed at 5am...I gave Miracle Works a call a little after 7am and Charles was kind and helpful over the phone. I needed the work done the same day and he did what he could to accommodate me and my family. When he arrived later in the afternoon as promised, he explained my options and got to work. I used yelp to request multiple bids for a new gas line run for my home and another plumbing company referred me to Charles with Miracle Works Plumbing & Drain.

Charles answered the phone when I called, took down my information and had Mary at his office follow up with me for an apt for the following week.

Charles texted prior to his apt to provide an eta on arrival, he was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He completed my quote and we scheduled the install.

Install day arrived and again Charles texted prior to arrival, he completed all of the work same day. After the install was complete Mary in his office scheduled my permit apt and Charles showed up to ensure all was well.

The work passed and I can now install my new gas stove.

Making an appointment was seamless. Charles is great about responding and communicating effectively. I had a blocked drain from dishwasher connection so the water was not draining properly and came out through the air hole on the sink.
