Job description: Upstairs shower drain leaking into the kitchen, requiring old drain removal by cutting sheetrock in the ceiling for access, and installing new drain/coupling

Cost: $739 , nearly half other quotes

Diagnosis: Did not try to force unnecessary additional replacements, explained the issue, really considered our questions and concerns, took lots of pictures and sent them to us

Parts used: Metal coupling of much higher quality than what was installed previously

Timeliness: Very reliable and prompt service, 2 hr arrival window, arrived well within the estimated time, and the entire job only took 2 hrs

Cleanliness: Very thorough shop-vac clean up before they left and put the drywall back so all we have to do is have someone tape and texture. They even provided a recommendation for drywall repair if needed

Overall, highly recommend, you won't regret it. I wish more home repair businesses operated this way!

Excellent quality services. We had three shower/tub and 6 sink faucets installed. Mr. Charles responded quickly to our request for a quote after he spent about 30-45 minutes walking through the job. He answered all of our questions no matter how naïve the questions were--he was very generous with his time. When we made the appointment for the installation--the installer showed up on time each day. Again he was very generous and patient with the mirage of questions my husband had during the entire installation. We are considering a tankless water heater and I will definitely hire Miracle Works to install that project and any other future plumbing needs--this is our go to plumber.
