I had recently moved into a new house and on a Saturday at 3 PM, the AC quit working and the house got up to 90 degrees!!! The service tech arrived a little later than anticipated, but the actual service was fast and the AC is working well. I will definitely be calling if we need service in the future.

Let me start by saying that after reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant calling the company but since they were close by I called them anyways.Now, I really have to question the accuracy of those reviews.
I called Minyard Sons for Water Heater replacement. David was very helpful and made us an appointment to allow for enough time for the exchange;he also gave us the quote for the replacement. Josh, their plumber showed up. He was very nice, professional and explained everything to us including our different options, without trying to sell us the most expensive one. He made sure that the job was finished so we won't be without hot water. I highly recommend Minyard Sons and I would definitely use them again for their other services.

I'd like to write a positive review about the work completed but all I can do is review their lack of service and professionalism. I recently sent two different requests for electrical service online and made one phone call to request a quote for installation of recessed lights in my family room. I never received a follow up email or phone call from their company. I'm very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and would not recommend them to anyone.

My 2nd story A/C was not working and called the service. It's emergency call. they came 8:30 pm and guy told me $650 for fix holes and recharged R22. or just service charge $135 I don't have a choice cause my 2kids. A/C looks working after they gone BUT temperature never down under 79 so I called again they promised to come back tomorrow in the morning .

Nobody came and nobody called me. I called again and again. they came 1pm and tried to fix BUT they can't find the reason why and guy told me he will find the problem and reason asking to his boss. he promised to call me BUT No....
I called service again and they promised to come tomorrow in the morning....
Now, My wife and 2kids are preparing to sleep in living room..

Thank you Sergio and Frank! Our upstairs AC capacitor went out on Sunday and they had it fixed on Monday afternoon! What great service in such short notice. I highly recommend them! They even made sure the downstairs unit was good. 5 star service!

I called Minyards when I was doing some remodeling and found multiple issues with the sockets behind the cabinets. Ian came out and took a look at what was going on.. Gave me estimates on what absolutely needed to be done now, what should be done fairly soon and what should be done but could wait based on budget. the day of the service he not only arrived on time but took into consideration the work that was going on and made accomodations so contractors could still work while he was working. But unfortunately that is where the good work ended. Ian is still great at what he does but the way he is scheduled, my job became a side job that was picked back up whenever nothing else was going on. A month into this process and I still have an open fuse box, sockets with no covers and the sockets that were supposed to be replaced were not. Had to call in another company to finish what Minyards didn't have time to complete.
