I called them had a problem with the drain. The cames over to my house less an hour. They cleaned out the very heavy clog with powerful machine all done! I felt very reliever. The plumber is very friendly to me. I found this services from their web site!

I called them for my elderly mother who needed her toilet unclogged. The repair man came to the house and quoted $300 and my mom said, no thank you. Then he said, oh how about $175. Very dishonest. Do not use them.

these guys are terrible, had a stuffed up kitchen sink. these guys tried like crazy to sell me a 1000 dollar fix. crooked as the day is long, STAY AWAY. watch out for there snaking your line, its the start of the scam that they try and run on you. Totally unprofessional, go elsewhere! Well its now 2 days later from the repair and I just discovered a new leak. about 2 feet from where they started the snake
It clearly was caused from the vibration of the pipes being snaked, something that was unnecessary to start with. When I called back company they said that its possible that in old pipes or an older house this might happen but as it said in the contract, they are not responsible for anything that happens while snaking the drain that was stuffed up.. I will report them to BBB

They are the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with! They charged me over $925 and didn't even find where the leak is coming from. He broke open my sheetrock and still claimed he didn't see anything! Sent another company after he left to fix the sheetrock he broke and who also unsuccessfully claimed the water was coming in from the gutter clutter and charged hundreds to clean the gutters and patch the hole he left! Less than 8 hours later, I myself, solved the cause of the leak. When i called The plumber back in the morning he had an awful demeanor and said if he comes back there will be an additional $925 to snake the sewer drain! A service I got done elsewhere for $105.! They will rob you! Dont even think about using this company. $1500 spent between them and the company they sent to clean their mess yet they solved no leak! They have NO conscious and No accountability! That's bad business! Only gave them 1 star because I couldnt choose 0 stars!

They came very quick however I was quoted one price on the phone and then he came and flipped one switch and stated that was additional fee not included in the original quote very disappointed would not use again. Felt like I got the run around !

Worst service ever! I called them about a month ago to repair a faulty sump pump and they came over late at night. The price was really high but I was happy at the time to have the problem fixed so I dint mind paying. A day later I came home to a lot of water in my basement due to a clog in the drain that they didn't check the night before when they came over. Have they checked for a clog/stoppage the night before I wouldn't have had such a problem the day after. I called them back and they came back and fixed the stoppage. I had to had a company coming to tear my basement apart and take care of the water damage. Thanks to their awful and negligent work. I was so mad. All this aggravation they caused me. I called them the day after all this happen to try to resolve the problem amicably and they did nothing for me. So unprofessional and careless with their customers. Would never recommend Minuteman Sewer & Drain to anyone. I was left with a basement to re-finish that is going to cost me about $10,000. Also, last night, a month after they served my house, i came home to more water in my basement. Thank God i haven't got the basement re-finished yet. Got another plumber in my house this morning - who I am very satisfied with their job and he said the pump switch was not working. Should of been covered under the work warranty with Minuteman, but they washed their hands. For the records, Minuteman has the worst warranty ever!! I actually called Minuteman back last night to try to solve the problem and they came by and wanted to charge me another $378 saying that the pump was clogged. BS. It was not clogged! The pump switch that wasn't working. I had to pay another plumber - who asked why Minuteman wasn't taking care of this problem, to fixed the issue. Rip off, bad customer service, unprofessional workers. Now, who is to say that they actually installed a new pump in my house? They were in and out in 20 minutes and charged me $1,200.00. Never showed me the burned pump or the new pump being taking out of the box. I know you might think its my fault for not asking, but at almost 11pm at night all you want is for the work to be done. You are under duress. WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER!!!

This company came to my house for an assessment and blamed a previous plumber for damaging the boiler. I called to make a complaint because my boiler man, I use for years was unavailable and the last person to fix my boiler was him. I called this company to turn on the heat and was given a long song and dance about buying a ""new boiler"". Companies like these should be shut down for preying on the customer's for money. I don't care if its a blizzard and freezing will not call this company ever again, and would not suggest people to use their services. When my boiler man was available to,turn on the heat, he expressed that the company I called, ""Minutemen"" broke the coupling, cut the piece, and starting point. Only thing I asked was for an explanation, about what occurred at the time of the estimate and was spoken to in a condescending manner. I believe, honesty is the best policy, and for this company lacks integrity.

We had a tub not draining that needed snaking and no one in our house could take a shower for a few days. We work 7am-7pm so we needed someone affordable that wouldn't charge us a ton to come in the evening. We got a quote from Roto Rooter for $480 which is INSANE, so the next day we called Minutemen and another company for quotes that night. We scheduled Minutemen for 7 and the other for 8:00 so they wouldn't overlap. By 7:45, the Minutemen guy still hadn't shown up and the other plumber came. As he finished giving a very reasonable estimate, the Minutemen guy showed up (almost an hour late). As soon as he walked in, he saw the other plumber, and started yelling about us wasting his time and that it's inappropriate to ask for multiple estimates in ""this business."" He was so irate that we asked him to leave. How are you supposed to find someone to do quality work for a fair price without getting estimates from multiple people? It is not our fault he was almost an hour late and saw his competition. Disgusting behavior.

Very quick but you pay for it!

I was charged $200 to clear a toilet. The plumber was here for no more than 10 minutes and a few turns of the auger, the bowl was clear.

I had previously used my own auger before he came, but couldn't clear the line.

There is not much to say, they do plumbing. Don't have them remodel a bathroom. The price is too high and the end result might not be pleasing. For basic plumbing issues, they are okay. Leaky faucet, shower issues, they are fair.
