Wow! Couldn't be more happy or impressed with the job Milton and his crew did. We needed an extensively long French drain to take water from the front of our property all of the way through our back yard. Milton came in and got it done in two days and my neighbors even messaged me to say how impressed they were with how quiet the crew was. My lawn looked good as new when they were finished.
The best part.....drum roll.....is that Milton's drainage was 1/3 of the other quote I received for exactly the same work.

I called Milton to fix a drainage problem created last year when another contractor built a stone planting bed next to my patio. Milton's crew showed up exactly when he said they would and quickly torn down one side of the planter then rebuilt it with a concrete channel to drain water off of my patio. Their stone work is beautiful. It was a small, simple job and he charged a fair price. I have some other drainage and landscaping projects and I will certainly call Milton again.

We needed a way to divert water away from the side of our house in order to keep that area dry and avoid future foundation problems. One company's bid was too expensive. I called Milton to look at the situation and give us a bid. He proposed building a swale, along with a couple other drainage features - at less than half the cost of the first bid. It took a while to get on his schedule (a lot of delays due to rain), but when his crew showed up, they worked fast, efficiently, and very competently. We are completely happy with the job they did. The swale works as promised, and it's actually rather attractive. As for Milton -- He not only has the knowledge of drainage solutions and beats the competition at price, he's also polite, engaging, and genuinely interested in helping his customers.

Milton provided the lowest of three bids to correct a drainage issue at the side of my house. He was significantly lower (1/3) and provided an organic and simple solution. His crew did an outstanding and efficient job. Following the torrential rains of this past weekend, I can attest that his solution worked perfectly. No water got into the house. Highly recommended.

Had Milton come out to our house to provide us with an estimate for french drain install for our office/spare room. Milton came out and said he would provide us with an estimate in a couple days.

I called about a week after to see where the estimate was as I had not received it. I continued to call for the next three weeks, and Milton refused to answer the phone or return my call.

Glad we did not have any work done as something as simple as an estimate or picking up the phone seemed to be too much.

Milton and his crew did a great job on my yard and patio. I have a house that had some flooding issues when it rained real hard. Milton recommended installing a "swale" which is basically a ditch. I also wanted a concrete patio poured and St. Augustine sod placed in the swale. I had some last minute changes that he happily accommodated, like removing an old chain link fence and putting more sod in my front yard. A few days after the swale was installed we got a really heavy rain and we had no flooding, the swale diverted all the water. It's really nice knowing we don't have to worry about flooding issues anymore.

I've had chronic flooding issues in my split level home and met with many "drainage" companies working to find a solution. I realized most of the companies in Austin that handle drainage work are just landscape companies. My issues were brought on by water seeping into my foundation and exterior walls and flooding my sunken living room.

I called Milton, as I felt his company had a better reputation for working with foundation and concrete than a landscaper, and I was right! Milton, showed up for my first meeting on time and I loved his plan to solve my drainage issues. Other companies offered drainage solutions, but nothing to seal, and protect my home, like Milton offered.

Milton and his crew showed up on time on the day they promised and knocked the job out in a day and a half. They ripped out concrete steps that were cracked and allowing water to seep into the foundation of the house and installed a large channel drain to collect all the water draining from my courtyard patio to the steps. They did an excellent job and the work looks great. Shortly after the install we received 5" of rain and Milton's solution worked flawlessly. Would happily recommend Milton and his team and will be using him in the future for more drainage work.
