Wow! Couldn't be more happy or impressed with the job Milton and his crew did. We needed an extensively long French drain to take water from the front of our property all of the way through our back yard. Milton came in and got it done in two days and my neighbors even messaged me to say how impressed they were with how quiet the crew was. My lawn looked good as new when they were finished.
The best part.....drum roll.....is that Milton's drainage was 1/3 of the other quote I received for exactly the same work.

After our neighbor recommended him, my wife contacted Milton for a drainage issue we were having on a large, shaded area of dead grass on our side yard. He is such a nice person! He performed the exact work he said he would and it turned out better than we had expected. We thought the job would take at least a week, but he and his crew got it done in less than 2 days. The price was exactly as Milton quoted, no surprises! The crew worked very efficiently together and was very polite. My wife is very picky (I have permission to say this) and she couldn't be happier! We are so incredibly happy with the drainage and hardscape work that Milton did at our house. They built a retaining wall, raised the dirt level, put down sod, did drainage for three gutters and made concrete pavers before we had turf installed. Milton was also great to work with!

Milton and his crew did a great job on my yard and patio. I have a house that had some flooding issues when it rained real hard. Milton recommended installing a "swale" which is basically a ditch. I also wanted a concrete patio poured and St. Augustine sod placed in the swale. I had some last minute changes that he happily accommodated, like removing an old chain link fence and putting more sod in my front yard. A few days after the swale was installed we got a really heavy rain and we had no flooding, the swale diverted all the water. It's really nice knowing we don't have to worry about flooding issues anymore.

I called to explain my drainage issue and was told by the owner that he would come out that same week to determine potential solutions and provide an estimate. I sent photos of my drainage issue and never heard back from them. That was over 2 weeks ago, going on 3 weeks. I left a couple of messages to confirm that he received my photos. No return calls, no response, no follow up. Very disappointed.

Milton and his team were absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. First off, Milton showed up to our meeting on time and was very professional. My husband and I showed him what our drainage problem was and he gave us suggestions on what could be done and even suggested ways we could save money. He sent us a quote and a drawing the next day. He told us when his team could start and they came on THAT day. They came everyday at 8:00 like clockwork and worked in the 100 plus degrees ALL day. Three days later the project was done and we couldn't be happier with the results. Milton and his guys were exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.
