Best thing I can say is they were prompt, and courteous. The lady on the phone was very nice. The tech was also polite, and professional. This does go a long way in these rude times. That is the only reason I give this company 2 stars. I'm sure they do good work but I did not give them the opportunity to prove that to me.
After trouble shooting, they recommended I replace my entire system for over $18K. They also had few other less costly repair packages which were still outrageously priced. I balked.
Through recommendations from co-workers I found a tech who replaced my outside unit for almost $2k less than what Millionair said was a "band-aid" repair. He also registered my new unit with the manufacturer so we have a 10 year warranty.
I suggest shopping around. Sometimes you have to put up with some discomfort to avoid over spending.

I can safely say this company & their team are the best on all levels. Our AC went out in the middle of the night at 8pm and I hopped onto YELP to find a repair team. They responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and had Kris scheduled for an appoint the next day. Service at the house was amazing & efficient. 5 Stars all around for this team.

We called Millionaire thinking it would be a two day wait, but they booked us same day and came out right on time. The $69 service call fee was better than calling our home warranty! We appreciated Brandon being straightforward, quick and fair. We highly recommend!

Fantastic company! Highly responsive, great knowledgeable technicians, and super fast and dependable service. We were looking for quotes and within 20 minutes of searching, we already had a response from Millionaire Heating & AC. They were quick, responsive and available same day to come and fix our AC unit. A broken AC in the middle of July in Texas heat is not ideal but Millionaire gave us nothing to worry about. Within no more than 2 hours our AC was back up and running - good as new!

Dillion was amazing. Our HVAC unit decided to quit on one of the hottest days of the year in North Texas. He went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and get us set up for repair (complete system change out) within two days. He also fought for us to be reimbursed for the replacement of the system since it is still under warranty and will installed improperly.

Michael Sepie did an amazing job. he is very intelligent and knowledgeable in diagnosing issue that other guys discounted and could not identify. I have water in the drain pan for years due to block in drain pipe, other guys always wanted to put a new evaporator coil saying it is broken.

We started looking into HVAC replacement starting in the Spring of 2022 - as we were told our 20 year old system could make it through the summer. So, after Brandon made multiple trips to make sure we were comfortable with the his recommendation. The new system was installed in March 2023. Working great so far.
