Today, Grant came out to inspect my HVAC unit for the Summer. Very polite, courteous and thorough with what services were done and insuring me that my unit was in good working order. I also liked the Air quality check that was done to check for carbon dioxide levels.
I highly recommend Millionaire Air and the quality service they provide. I request Grant to come back in the Fall for my Winter Maintenance Inspection.

This is a top notch company. Last year they came out and replaced 3 of our 4 units. They did an excellent job and included semi annual tune ups . Their technician Grant Johnson came out to do the tune up. He was prompt , professional and thorough. He spent over 2 and half hours working on all the units. He explained what he did. He even said that there were some old filters laying on top of the unit and he threw them out. Can't say enough about Grant and his professionalism.

I am normally not one to write reviews but after having some other A/C companies come out over the years , I would encourage anyone with a A/C or heating issue to call Millionaire first. They are first class.

I have used Millionaire as my HVAC go-to since I moved into my house. I'm a first-time homeowner and I've felt like their technicians are out there to educate and look after the customer rather than take advantage of them.

I want to specifically give a shout-out to Dillon Stroud. He came to my house for a tune-up before summer and was super professional and nice. He noticed my storm door was broken when he was exiting my front door and fixed it for me. I can't tell you how much that meant to me (I am embarrassingly not a handy person at all and this has been a thorn in our side for almost a year). He did this out of kindness and when I asked him if I could venmo him or something he said no, it was easy and a pleasure for him to do it for me.

This is just a testament to how good these folks are and the company in general. As long as Dillon and technicians like Dillon are a part of this company, I will use them for my heating and a/c needs.

This company deserves every 5-star review it has. Our first experience with them was when we called to get quotes for a new unit last year believing ours was about to go out. Randy came out and inspected everything and provided the quotes but also found why our unit was not working well. We had them fix it; they were prompt and efficient in what we needed. Into this year we had one of our two units not working and we called them back out again. We were ready to replace both units with one for energy efficiency and to ensure one or both wouldn't go out in the summer since they were so old. Randy came out again and did some testing to determine what size unit we needed and gave us options on how to make the unit work best for our house. The knowledge we got from Randy and Brandon was fantastic which made us feel we were making the right decision. Through the process of removing the old units and installing the new one, we were kept informed about what was going on and any issues or concerns that came up. The team of guys doing the actual install were very professional and pleasant.

We did get quotes from other companies and Millionaire was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. But, we know we wouldn't have gotten that level of service or workmanship with those other companies.
