I was very happy with my experience with Millionaire Heating and AC. They were quick to respond to my message that was left over the weekend. They came within the timeframe they provided. They quickly analyzed the problem and had it fixed. The technician was polite, professional, and friendly. I will definitely use them in the future.

We have been in our home for 11 years and the zone system never worked properly. Two bedrooms downstairs were always too warm. We contacted Millionaire Heating & Air, Kris came out and gave us a complete evaluation of our A/C system. He assured me that with his expertise he could solve all of our issues. I was skeptical because we have had MANY technicians come out from other companies and none have been able to fix it yet. Well... Millionaire and Kris did not disappoint. Our A/C system works like it should have all along. Going forward we will never call or recommend anyone but Millionaire.

I'll give your team 3 stars as you were professional, but I had an issue with getting my system charged and set. The recommendation was to get a new outside unit, but after the home warranty came out and charged my system Ive been cool....they also replaced that capacitor.

After a month waiting to see if it would fail, the system has held up. I am concerned that your company was trying to sell me something I didn't need at that moment.

Having Said that, you may ultimately prove to be right, but I cant tell right now

Best thing I can say is they were prompt, and courteous. The lady on the phone was very nice. The tech was also polite, and professional. This does go a long way in these rude times. That is the only reason I give this company 2 stars. I'm sure they do good work but I did not give them the opportunity to prove that to me.
After trouble shooting, they recommended I replace my entire system for over $18K. They also had few other less costly repair packages which were still outrageously priced. I balked.
Through recommendations from co-workers I found a tech who replaced my outside unit for almost $2k less than what Millionair said was a "band-aid" repair. He also registered my new unit with the manufacturer so we have a 10 year warranty.
I suggest shopping around. Sometimes you have to put up with some discomfort to avoid over spending.

I can safely say this company & their team are the best on all levels. Our AC went out in the middle of the night at 8pm and I hopped onto YELP to find a repair team. They responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and had Kris scheduled for an appoint the next day. Service at the house was amazing & efficient. 5 Stars all around for this team.

We called Millionaire thinking it would be a two day wait, but they booked us same day and came out right on time. The $69 service call fee was better than calling our home warranty! We appreciated Brandon being straightforward, quick and fair. We highly recommend!

Fantastic company! Highly responsive, great knowledgeable technicians, and super fast and dependable service. They installed two new AC units for us last summer and they have been amazing at answering any questions we have as well as their maintenance and filter changes. So thankful we went with this company for our home comfort!
