We got off to a misunderstanding, which was taken care of by Ashley Miller, she was very understanding with my misunderstanding! We were very pleased with the job that involved replacing a shower valve. They were quick to respond & got the job done in a timely manner! The area in which the plumber worked in, was very clean when he finished the job! Many workers would leave a mess behind them. My Dad had been a plumber for over 40 years but at his age of 82 it was to big of a job for him to get into. Thank you Ashley & to the plumber who did the final job. It was a job well done! Please feel free to use me for reference if need be. Yes, I would use them again & yes I will refer them.

Brandon was excellent. Great on-site customer service. Took the time to educate me on what he was doing, why it was important, and what to look for in the future from a risk or maintenance standpoint. I really appreciated that and would use/request his services again. I would give Miller & Son 5 stars, except that I felt the scheduling and intake request process could be strengthened. In the front office there was a mix up on my appointment and although I gave a list of the services I was requesting - that list didn't quite make it to Brandon. (Even though I shared the list at the time of request and when I called to confirm the appointment.) Even so, Brandon didn't skip a beat when he arrived and completed everything I requested. Great job!

Daniel and Doug worked so hard to find my clean out value that a previous company had told me wasn't there. Their dedication to doing a good job saved me so much money. They did an amazing job and definitely will call them again if I need anything. They hydro-jetted my line to prevent backups. Great job guys!!! Boss- give them a raise ASAP! Had a very leaky hot water heater. I went down the list after reading reviews. I did get two quotes. One for 475.00 on the phone and another just texted 300 but did not even call. The one for 300 was pretty sketchy with reviews. Miller and sons actually gave me a good price including the water heater but I had already bought one at lowes. Anyway a great price for installation and that included taking my old one. The guy came out and replaced it very quick and was super nice. So far no problem. I would definitely use them again. They also do military and senior discount Definitely 5 stars!

Very capable and friendly plumber (Victor) took out the old water heater and putting in the new in a highly knowlegeable and professional manner. Had the new water heater up and running in no time... Cleaned up his mess.. I could not be happier with this company. Victor was very friendly as well.
