I contacted Miller and Sons Plumbing to have an additional spigot installed in our lanai. The person answered the phone was very professional and courteous and immediately scheduled an appointment for just a few days later. The technicians were awesome giving us several options for our needs, but ultimately recommending the option that will be the least cost for us and meeting our needs. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of work and professionalism was excellent. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Mm

Christian Creese came to our home earlier this week to replace the cartridge in our shower. He was pleasant, personable, polite and most importantly did a great job. He is our new go to plumber. Miller and Son's was easy to work with and most importantly, unlike several firms we contacted, their rates were fair and reasonable and we highly recommend them and will be using them for our future plumbing needs.

New to Florida and no knowledge of gas appliances, was told by house seller that city would turn on the gas and hot water heater was proven to be in good working order. I could not get the unit to start and me and family of three had no hot water for two weeks, forcing us to use showers at the local Y and rent a hotel for in-laws. Technician came on two separate days (never wore a mask when speaking to me!) and spent two hours troubleshooting my hot water heater, blamed a """"fitting,"""" and then ordering and replacing various parts. When the unit still would not work, the technician belatedly checked the gas coming into the house and found it locked off. I was so angry I chewed him out and called the owner, then called the gas company. Owner was apologetic, provided a discount and said he would retrain the technician--hence the extra star.

Excellent plumbers! Installed smart kitchen faucet and fixed shower head and bathroom faucets. Everything done well and priced fairly. I would highly recommend them.

It was my responsibility to ask for an estimate prior to the little work completed, however, priced way out of my league for the repair which was completed. I will return to my previous plumbers.

The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor doing work on my hose, They installed a new faucet in my shower, put it in backwards, the hot setting was for cold water, the colds water setting was for hot water. Installed new garbage disposal unit improperly, the worker who came out to fix it said """"The top of the unit was not tighten right and that caused the leaking"""" . Two years in business, don't think they will make it to three.Use them at your own risk.

We paid this trash company 2700 only to have them do half a** work, CJ Ducks all phone calls, Awful company. Will be filing law suit against them for not doing job correctly

My wife and I used their service for increasing the hot water in the shower and re-directing the emergency valve on the water heater, which of course did not take him long. The plumber was very courteous and did not dawdle; however, we also hired them to locate where the city water enters the house, because the box was not visible above ground and to prep for a water softener installed by another company. This part of the project took about an hour and twenty minutes of the two hours charged and did not have a positive result. So in essence, I was charged $160 to find nothing and ended up hiring another company who found the box three feet to the left of one of his holes. I'm not saying it was his fault or anything, but there should have been some sort of discount for not being able to complete the task required. Yes, I do understand that time is money to a company, but no results cost the customer more. The cost of the repairs account for two of the five stars, which also means getting your money's worth. I would recommend them for the other kinds of services; but not to locate a water line.

Chad did a great job. He discussed the problem and what he was doing as he worked, since I was interested. He finished fairly quickly and cleaned up the area. I recommend them.
