No problem with Milestones work they are good electricians You will be satisfied with there work BUT YOU WILL FEEL LIKE THE YOU JUST GOT ROBBED WHEN YOU FIND OUT YOU COULD HAVE GOT THE SAME WORK DONE FOR OVER HALF. DO YOU HERE ME!!!!!!!!!! I went to visit my cousin and Milestone was putting in a new service I asked my nephew what it was costing when he said $7400. 00 . I almost choked on my coffee . Didnt you guys get any estimates he said no that his Mother called Milestone because her electric was flickering . She is the kind that gets scared easiley she thought a fire would start and Milestone played on her fears .They started the job in the morning and not because they wanted to give good service its so the STUPID customer doesn't wise up and get other estimates. Just lucky I came when I did .We stoped all work called Milestone to negotiate the price, I had gotten estimates for around LISTEN to this $2600. Milestone stopped the work they left and the other company finished that day . It was later inspected by the City Inspector . By the way Milestone came ripped out the olld box in the morning new company finished and turned out didn't even need a new service all that was needed was a main breaker .How about that I learned a lesson along time ago when a Company advertises like Milestone does they cant afford to give you the best deal there overhead to high so get the idea from the commercial but shop around today it's so easy with the internet . When your talking about work that requires a City permitt an a City Inspector to sign off, you know that the work is being done to code and the contractors have to be registered with the City.Now its up to you to get the best price the city code dictates how the job is done

I called Milestone to look at a problem with electrical power to part of a house I own. They came out promptly, on a Saturday (I appreciated that), and told me that a line from the box to the house was burned out and must be replaced, AND that I would have to upgrade the whole house to meet current code, or the City of Garland inspectors would not pass the repair. Cost - $4500.00+!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said no of course. Today, Sunday, a Garland Power and Light technician came out and replaced the line and serviced the meter at no cost to me. DO NOT let this company talk you into unneeded services! I will be telling everyone I know about this fiasco.

Called on a Saturday and did not call me back until Monday - said they charged a service call plus the cost of doing the job - Told them "no thanks" - also said no senior discount. Guess someone has to pay for their advertising......Not Me!

The Milestone service was terrible and unprofessional. They tried to charge thousands of extra dollars for repairs. They were extremely pushy and high pressured. AVOID MILESTONE ELECTRIC AT ALL COSTS!

I've used MIlestone Electric for two homes now, and I have been happy with their customer service. some of their prices might be higher than others, but they seem to be more 'on the ball', more responsive, and ...they do background checks on their employees. I would recommend them to anyone for electrical work or alarm service.

after scheduling an appt, staying home from work-they never showed. called them, they have "no record" of my appt. they advertise on TV how great, prompt and courteous they are-will never use them again and will let all of my clients know how they don't keep appts

i called for a quote to install one light and they wanted to charge me $70 just for a quote and that doesn't go to toward the job. I expect the the job to cost no more than $100! RIDICULOUS! I would hate to be forced to use them if I actually had an issue.

I have had two great experiences with Milestone. I am honestly surprised at the good service. I didn't expect much from them but was in a pinch and remembered their commercial and they were available. They were fast, responsive, well priced (with regular coupons), did great work and really great in customer service. The technician and booking rep were very nice and helpful then they sent me another copy of the bill after payment for my records etc. I will definitely use them again.
