seriously...the horribly off-key adolescents repeatedly singing "plumbing" to the tune of the Happy Birthday song is the singly most annoying commercial in television history. You can count me out of using your services again until this abomination is gone. PLEASE DROP THIS AWFUL COMMERCIAL!

I had an AC Unit go bad . Called Milestone to get it serviced. They wanted to repair both units and some other parts. The charge for the complete replacement was $32,000.00. I called my licensed contractor who contacted his AC company to replace the unit and the other parts was $ 3,400.00. Both units are working great. Like their tv ad states "fix it in a flash" but with charge you up the A $s

We had an Ac/Heat unit go out. it's 21 degrees and needed fast service. i called on a Sunday. They advertise to be open 24/7. I told them we were cold and needed help. I was told I could get an appointment on Thursday or Friday. I called another company. They are sending a repair person today.

I'm cancelling membership. When I really needed help, they refused.

Most annoying manipulative commercials ever. Relies on manipulative tactics. Using puppies and small children. The dog in one commercial name.is plumbing. So they call for their cute puppy while incessantly painfully way, Plumbing, plumbing, plumbing. The other commercial with small children at a birthday party singing plumbing over and o er again instead of happy birthday. So extremely irritating and an attempt to annoy viewers into remembering their name. Shame on you!!

First of all, I would never ever ever use this company because they must charge extraordinary prices to have so many expensive ads running on local TV. In addition to that, their ads are the most annoying I have ever seen. Sorry this is a hard no from me.

I paid $240 for the annual "Milestone Advantage" agreement. I ordered the filters and UV filtration lights in advance from the Milestone website. Upon arrival for my first bi-annual A/C maintenance appointment, the technicians informed me that they were not allowed to install the UV lights unless Milestone had originally installed the filtration system. I had them double check with their manager. They did. I even offered to pay them extra. The result is that it did not get done. Milestone markets themselves as "Your Trusted Home Service Experts." They told me that if they replace the UV bulbs, they will then be responsible for any failure to the UV system. Which begs the question...what else will they NOT do AFTER you pay them for their Advantage program. I called to cancel my agreement. After two phone calls, they said that it was all a miscommunication. Now, they are sending out someone to replace the bulbs in another three hour window this afternoon. This should not be that hard. Buyer beware.
