Had an A/C condenser "fixed" for $4K by milestone only to have it break down three weeks later. When I called they said they would not get a tech to my house until the next day at the earliest because I called at 3PM. I have a 22 month old child and it is over 95 degrees ouside. Cancelling my membership. Go with a local HVAC company. Hugely disappointed by this scam of a company.

When the tech did come out to fix the unit for the fourth time (I guess he has no idea what he is looking at) he claimed that he has to order a replacement part and my home will be without reliable AC for the next week at least! Thank you for letting me know about the 3PM cutoff time. They next time that you install a faulty compressor I will make sure that it happens by 2:30.

Never calling again and I will be sharing my experience with my HOA and neighbors.

They do not deliver what they promised. Be warned. They charge an arm and a leg for a service that never made any significant difference in the room at my house that had temperature issues. They added unnecessary work with the air ducts in my crawl space so they can get more money. They were always a no show for routine tune up after paying for the yearly membership. Look away and beware of this bad business! Zero stars.

We've used Milestone for years and the technicians are generally very good. Recently their sales practices seem to have changed and we're unlikely to use them again due to these sales practices.

We agreed to a yearly maintenance plan for one year, which was automatically renewed without notice or consent. The process to cancel this membership is difficult to find and complete (seemingly intentionally).

We called to cancel this one week after the auto renew occurred and requested a refund. After multiple calls Milestone agreed to refund half and would not agree to refund the other half. So we paid for 6 months of a service we had for 1 week and did not use.

Additionally, in the weeks leading up to this renewal Milestone called unsolicited at least once a week to try to send someone to check the house, which we did not need. They did not mention the membership renewal in any voicemail or text (of which there were many).

I gave two stars because their technicians are great, but it looks like they're resorting to some of the business practices of other companies that we stay away from.

I contacted Milestone Electric first when my condenser fan went out on my a/c unit. Their quote was over $2400 to replace the fan and a capacitor. I called my brother who has been in the HVAC industry his whole life and he told me this was a major ripoff. I contacted 2 other companies and their quotes for the exact same job and parts and labor was $1400, and the one I went with was $900. Run don't walk from Milestone Electric, they will "F" you in a flash like their commercial says. I guess they have to gouge their unknowing customers to help pay for all the commercials they run.
