The scene is Saturday night. We had just put our daughter to bed and were ready to have an awesome night! Except for one thing......our bathtub and toilet wouldn't drain and our extra shower backed up with nastiness. Queue Kevin and Don(I believe that was their names, I was slightly intoxicated.) They rode in on steel horses with a mighty snake of justice and saved my family from an unfortunate situation. Hire these people! They work wonders.

We had a sewer backup. Both showers were filled up and the toilets were clogged. Perfect way to spend a Saturday night right? We had two gentlemen from the company come out. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Fixed the problem within an hour. I definitely recommend them and will use them for any future service that I need.

Contacted MSI to repair a very dilapidated residential sewer line running under 20 feet of concrete. Gary was very supportive and helpful in some of the preparation work I did before they started the project. The actual team led by TJ was courteous, professional, adamant and relentless about repairing the pipe for the best possible outcome. The end product was a repair of a catastrophically damaged sewer line to one of near new efficiency.

Both of my toilets backed up into both bathtubs. Yuck! What a foul mess. The first plumber I called, Redwood Sewer & Drain, was very friendly and knowledgeable, but his crew was tied up. Gregg referred me to Rapid Rooter. Amazingly they had someone close by to assist me. Tim was at my house in 10 minutes, just as he said. Tim was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the problem cleared within an hour! What a relief.

I am very happy with the experience I had with Rapid Rooter Sewer - Drain Cleaning Service. A technician came out within an hour, fixed the problem with the blocked pipe and took the time to answer all my questions. And, the bill was less than I thought it would be. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

Very professional. Cleared a drain for me and didn't try to find or make up other problems like Mr. Rooter would have. Very fair price to clear my drain. Showed up quick and took care of the problem fast. I have used MSI on my commercial jobsites in the past and they have always been great to work with and have always solved the issues they were hired to resolve. I highly recommend them.

You're in good hands if you use this company. I had a problem with two bathrooms backing up at the same time, so I called Rapid Rooter. They popped the lids on the septic system, cleaned out some roots and then cleaned the line that serviced the bathrooms. Everything works good now! More importantly, the tech ""Jim,"" explained to me the workings of a septic system and about proper maintenance throughout the year. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Now that's good customer service!

First, i want to say I appreciate rapid rooter being able to come out same day to fix my issue and the job was done to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the office staff taking the time to listen to my complaint when I called. Everyone I spoke with at the company, aside from this one technician, was very nice.

This review is based on the technician they sent to my home. My appointment window was from 230-430pm. At about 144pm I had a voicemail from the technician asking if he could come early, he was ahead of schedule. I attempted to call him back to let him know 1) i wasn't home yet, i was picking my child up from school. 2) what exactly the issue was and to warn him about me using drano in my sink.

I got home at 2pm. My mother in law, who came over to babysit, went ahead and let them in when she got there. When i arrived, the work was done. The technician asked me if I had bleach or drano on the sink. I told him drano. He then went on to be a passive aggressive jerk and said ""You have to inform us when there are chemicals in the sink. I hit your garbage disposal and it splashed up in to my eyes and mouth. YOU HAVE TO INFORM US. You're lucky it wasn't someone else because they wouldn't be as nice as i am. Plus it causes cancer and ITS BAD FOR YOUR CHILDREN.""

Ok, I was fine with him being a dick but the second he mentioned my kids I was absolutely offended. I felt like he was saying I was a bad parent. It's not like I'm letting my kids drink drano. I didn't let them anywhere near the sink. They weren't allowed in the kitchen while this issue was happening. So save your judgement, dude. Also, why aren't you wearing your PPE?! It's not my fault you're an idiot and not protecting yourself. I would have informed him about the drano had I been home. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO WORK IN MY HOME EARLY. I DID NOT TALK TO YOU AND SAY YOU COULD COME TO MY HOME BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME. YOU TOOK IT UPON YOURSELF TO SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE EARLY AND START WORKING WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I made the appointment, I am the owner of the house, I knew what was going on...my mother in law didn't know anything other than I had a plumbing issue so she couldn't warn this guy about the drano.

I did call and complain. I was apologized to and was told it would be handled.

Just had Steve out to unclog our main line. He showed up much sooner than expected (woohoo!), and just dealt with it. We decided to set up an annual appointment with them just to snake out the line and save us more ""shi**y surprises"". Great work, as usual. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and are honest. Bravo.
