For AT LEAST 25 years we've used Bob and Keven at Rapid Rooter to scrape out the stubborn cenanothus roots that almost annually grow into our drain line near the court and cause stoppage to all toilets and baths. And every year the guys show up exactly when they say they will and handle the job quickly and effectively. And this year when the stoppage occurred at 5:30 PM on a Friday just before expecting Saturday house guests, we were so pleased to find Steve on call; even though it was supper time, he came over and dealt with this messy job. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and was as friendly and efficient as I've come to expect. I cannot speak more highly about the service we get from these guys. And they are just plain nice people as well.

Worst office manager I have ever had to deal with. Their male office manger is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. He should not be in a customer service industry at all. He says he will returns call and doesn't. When he does pick up the phone he is discourteous and unhelpful. We tried dealing with him several times.

The plumber sent out to us, Jim, was a great guy. Polite, professional, clean and efficient. Loved him. If we could call him directly that would be great.

However their office manger earns this company zero stars.

Called on a Saturday afternoon. They were here in a half hour to unplug a mainline clog. Quoted me the full price on the phone and made no attempt to do more than necessary. Gave me some good advice on cleaning out the septic tanks and keeping the drain field working well.

Fast, friendly and efficient. I recommend them. The plumber arrived within the hour, unplugged our toilet and gave me equipment tips. Jim was very knowledgeable.

Kevin & Jim showed up when they said they would come - snaked the line with a smaller sized snake - then a longer larger one. Job was done quickly. They were cheerful and focused on getting the job done. I will call them again when I have these sorts of problems. Kevin also gave advice on how to prevent the clogs in the future - and this was very helpful. Nice guys!

Wow! These guys came out on Christmas eve at 7pm........ fixed the pipe...and gave us a great price ( way less than other quotes) Nice guys...... efficient .... fast and honest. We had already had a plumber out to fix it and he could not fix it and recommended these guys. I am so glad he did.

I had these guys out to snake a drain and they said they were having a hard time getting through my pipe because of a off set. They told me they could dig it up and replace it for just a couple hundred dollars which was a great price because I called around and they beat the prices of other company's by over 1/2. They saved me money and were very professional!
And to the one who wrote a bad review a 30 day guarantee is that not a 41 day guarantee. These guys are not paid by the hour and do not have a company gas card so I don't blame them for not going back!!!

I've lived in my home for 29 years and have only needed my sewage lines cleared twice previously during this time. Recently, my lines clogged, and wanting to support local businesses, I called this company. The team that arrived had difficulty getting the snake into the individual line needing to be cleared... they cleared all the other lines (which I guess could be considered a perk, except that it took time I was paying for) before getting into the clogged line. Then the snake snapped, so they spliced it back together... on my time & dime. Finally they went into the clog through an overflow and ""cleared"" it, but it added more time, and additional charges, onto the bill. Fast forward to 41 days later, or 11 days after the 30 day guarantee has expired, and the drain is again clogged! Called the company to see what they could offer me to make right in this situation. Here's their offer: send the same team out at $60/hr. Why would I want to pay to have them come back, if they couldn't get it right the first time they were here??? If you ever find yourself with clogged drains... RUN away from this company and give your business to someone, anyone, else!!!
