First, i want to say I appreciate rapid rooter being able to come out same day to fix my issue and the job was done to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the office staff taking the time to listen to my complaint when I called. Everyone I spoke with at the company, aside from this one technician, was very nice.

This review is based on the technician they sent to my home. My appointment window was from 230-430pm. At about 144pm I had a voicemail from the technician asking if he could come early, he was ahead of schedule. I attempted to call him back to let him know 1) i wasn't home yet, i was picking my child up from school. 2) what exactly the issue was and to warn him about me using drano in my sink.

I got home at 2pm. My mother in law, who came over to babysit, went ahead and let them in when she got there. When i arrived, the work was done. The technician asked me if I had bleach or drano on the sink. I told him drano. He then went on to be a passive aggressive jerk and said ""You have to inform us when there are chemicals in the sink. I hit your garbage disposal and it splashed up in to my eyes and mouth. YOU HAVE TO INFORM US. You're lucky it wasn't someone else because they wouldn't be as nice as i am. Plus it causes cancer and ITS BAD FOR YOUR CHILDREN.""

Ok, I was fine with him being a dick but the second he mentioned my kids I was absolutely offended. I felt like he was saying I was a bad parent. It's not like I'm letting my kids drink drano. I didn't let them anywhere near the sink. They weren't allowed in the kitchen while this issue was happening. So save your judgement, dude. Also, why aren't you wearing your PPE?! It's not my fault you're an idiot and not protecting yourself. I would have informed him about the drano had I been home. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO WORK IN MY HOME EARLY. I DID NOT TALK TO YOU AND SAY YOU COULD COME TO MY HOME BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME. YOU TOOK IT UPON YOURSELF TO SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE EARLY AND START WORKING WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I made the appointment, I am the owner of the house, I knew what was going on...my mother in law didn't know anything other than I had a plumbing issue so she couldn't warn this guy about the drano.

I did call and complain. I was apologized to and was told it would be handled.

Just had Steve out to unclog our main line. He showed up much sooner than expected (woohoo!), and just dealt with it. We decided to set up an annual appointment with them just to snake out the line and save us more ""shi**y surprises"". Great work, as usual. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and are honest. Bravo.

Called on a Sunday with what was an emergency and Jim came out with a cheerful attitude and great service as he located the sewer clean out valve and took care of the backed up drains. He took the time to explain how a root made its way into the system and offered suggestions on how to stay alert of future problems. Plumbing problem solved in less than an hour thanks to a pro like Jim.

Totally recommend to snake a line / clear a drain.

I had water backing up into garage from washing machine as well as dishwasher (they share a wall). I called 4 different places prior to calling rapid rooter, 2 national and 2 local.

The woman who answered the phone was nice and unlike the other companies, understanding I had a budget and was able to provide me with a $150 quote for the first hour. Other local companies refused to provide a base quote saying they worked off a ""price guide"". When I explained to other companies my budget and asked if the base would fall under that, they refused to answer.

The tech arrived within 3 hours (on time), was friendly and easy to talk to. As he was clearing the line, I discovered water under the kitchen sink. He was able to fix both issues within the hour and my bill was a flat $150.

I will be recommending them to anyone with a drain issue!

Yay, Steve B! He came out to our house on January 2nd--when most businesses were closed for the official New Year's Day holiday--and fixed a sink that wouldn't drain and a clogged toilet. He was fast and professional, not to mention that he's good with dogs. I'd definitely call him again.

My bathtub completely stopped draining Friday evening. I called at least five different places and this was by far the most reasonable price and they were also able to get out the soonest with no extra charge Monday morning. Steven and his journeyman both introduced themselves and actually showed up earlier than I expected and we're patiently waiting for me to get here. They were very fast and efficient my drain is working perfectly with a 30 day guarantee.

For AT LEAST 25 years we've used Bob and Keven at Rapid Rooter to scrape out the stubborn cenanothus roots that almost annually grow into our drain line near the court and cause stoppage to all toilets and baths. And every year the guys show up exactly when they say they will and handle the job quickly and effectively. And this year when the stoppage occurred at 5:30 PM on a Friday just before expecting Saturday house guests, we were so pleased to find Steve on call; even though it was supper time, he came over and dealt with this messy job. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and was as friendly and efficient as I've come to expect. I cannot speak more highly about the service we get from these guys. And they are just plain nice people as well.

Worst office manager I have ever had to deal with. Their male office manger is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. He should not be in a customer service industry at all. He says he will returns call and doesn't. When he does pick up the phone he is discourteous and unhelpful. We tried dealing with him several times.

The plumber sent out to us, Jim, was a great guy. Polite, professional, clean and efficient. Loved him. If we could call him directly that would be great.

However their office manger earns this company zero stars.
