We've had a leak in our shower for over a month and after our third and final plumbing company, Abbas & David did an amazing job!! They found what was the causing the leak right away and sealed everything up. They told us to wait at least 24 hours before we use the shower, but we ended up waiting a week just to be 100% sure and no leak!! I'd recommend this company because they know what they're doing!

I emailed several plumbers with a description of an issue with my hot water tank. The others all said they would come out, look at it, and provide me an estimate.

Mike's, on the other hand, responded to my email with a brief explanation of what the problem was most likely and, since it was likely to be quite simple, suggested that I take a look at it myself and call if that didn't fix the issue.

Already, I was impressed. Unfortunately, their suggested fix didn't resolve the issue, so I then called.

I explained to the person who answered the phone who I was, and she was already aware of the email I'd sent, and said that one of the plumbers would talk to me, and she got him on the phone.

After I explained the issue again, he suggested how to fix it in a little more detail and again suggested that I take a look at it myself.

At this point, I was able to resolve the issue on my own!

I didn't actually hire or pay Mike's to do any work, but after how they handled this situation, I have huge trust in their honesty and customer service.

When I do have an issue that requires a plumber to come out, I will call Mike's without any hesitation. I have much appreciation for how they helped me resolve this issue on my own.

Second time using Mike's Plumbing and they are fantastic! Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and professional. Great at being available when you need them (very important when you cannot use your kitchen sink). Both times they sent two plumbers to work together. They were able to fix the problem when two other plumbers couldn't figure out the solution.

We had a leaky toilet. Mike's sent Abbas to help us; he was prompt, wore a mask, and even offered to remove his shoes at the door! The repair was quick and efficient thanks to him. Great experience.

I had to have my dishwasher replaced this morning. The plumber came a little early which actually worked better for me because I had a conference call a little later. Abbas, the plumber was very respectful. He was wearing a mask, asked if he needed to take shoes off in my home. Abbas did a great job installing the dishwasher and even tightened a pipe underneath my sink for me. I highly recommend this company and more importantly this particular plumber.

Abbas arrived to unclog my shower drain within 24 hours of first contacting Mike's plumbing. I appreciated that he removed his shoes and wore a mask while in the house, and he exceeded my expectations by recommending tools I could purchase from Home Depot to unclog the shower on my own next time (this is the third time I've had to call for a clogged drain). I've never been dissatisfied with Mike's and will continue to use their services.

We had a super back up in the laundry room when the washer tried to empty...we shut everything down and I worked on trying to clear the drain with gel and plunger.... at the same time I had called a few plumbers and received estimates on cost and quickest reaction time. I'm glad Mike's was reactive and could service us early the next day... MJ stopped by on time and went to work quickly and had cleared the drain and also found a small leak under my laundry sink... MJ fixed these quick and with great care.. I would highly recommend this company..

I contacted them they asked for pictures, the site didn't work for the pictures so at their request I sent them to their email address and didn't hear back, it's been 3 days. I contacted another company and the were out within an hour and replaced the leaking shower valve. Maybe too small a job, not sure. I was emailing with Erik they got 2 stars for originally responding quickly.
