Mike's Plumbing installed a toilet for me and managed to get our the day after I called them, which was in comparison to a month or so for some other places I called. They were very nice, efficient, and even sent a nice thank you note for having hired them. They seem like a trustworthy plumber and I'll recommend them to friends

Had a leaky exterior garden faucet after it froze over the winter. Apparently some water was inside the water line and froze, busting the pipe. Reached out for a quick quote and Mike's was quick to get back to me. They asked some good clarifying questions to have a better idea of what the problem was. They gave a competitive quote and was able to come out fairly quickly.

The crew that came out was very friendly and made quick work of the faucet and pipe replacement. They replaced the faucet with a frost free faucet so this won't happen again. Would recommend Mike's Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing help!

Great experience with Mike's Plumbing. Five star customer service from the first call. It took a few days to get them out but that seems par for the industry. Day of Steve arrived right on time, and communicated when he was on his way. He knew exactly what the issue was, and easily fixed it. I had him also clear a sink drain. What I appreciated most about Steve is he educated me on overall plumbing maintenance. As a first time home owner that is priceless. I definitely consider Steve and Mike's Plumbing my go to partner now!

I realized we had a plumbing issue the morning after my sister and her family got into town for a week visit with us. Mike and his team totally saved us! Another plumber was supposed to come out that day but kept delaying his arrival, so I decided to reach out to Mike's Plumbing to see if they could help. Mike himself and a member from his team were at our house probably 20-30 minutes after we'd chatted on the phone. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on, and fixed what turned out to be a couple of issues. The thing I appreciated most about Mike--and the reason Mike's Plumbing will be my go-to from now on--is that he really took the time to explain all of the issues, and the issues made sense. We've had other plumbers out to fix things and, in retrospect, realized that they were charging us for work that was completely unnecessary and really didn't address the issue. (Hence, the reason we've been in our house 2.5 years and have had to call a plumber every 8 months or so...) Not so with Mike's. Call them. They rock.

I used Mike's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and could not have been more impressed. I found them on yelp. The front office personnel is very helpful. The repair man who came out was on time professional and explained what was going on. Before I scheduled Mike's to come out, one plumber told me the job would be at least $800. A second Plumber quoted me $600 and Mike's fixed my problem for under $150. I will use them again if I need to... Hopefully I don't have any more plumbing issues :-)

I called Mike's Plumbing on a last minute rush after Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing tried charging me $618.00 to replace a sink faucet (no parts and only 30 minutes of labor required). Mike's Plumbing was able to squeeze me in on the same day. They did excellent work and only charged me $175 plus tax. Their customer service was excellent as well. I could not be happier.

If you're looking for a great, reliable, friendly and super professional business, look no further. The crew, Sandra and Nicole, all went beyond what was expected to help us. At 6:30 pm, on a Friday evening before Memorial Day weekend, and Nicole was doing everything possible to arrange an appointment to fix our clogged drain pipe. We're very grateful, and couldn't recommend them higher.

My wife and I purchased new appliances from Best Buy. One of which was a refrigerator that has a water/ice dispenser. We needed to get install a water supply line to the refrigerator since there was none existing. So Best Buy sent out their contractor to do the job.

When he got there, he stood in our kitchen for 2 minutes, said he couldn't do the job, and didn't know if any kind of plumber could.

me: WTH???

I found Mike's plumbing on yelp, and despite of a couple questionable bad reviews, I took a chance on them.

There was a little mix up with the scheduling at first, but nothing that was intolerable.

Thomas and Steve came out and evaluated the situation. There was no upsale, no added pressure, and no hidden fees. In fact, the job was was done in less than an hour, and the cost was less than half of what was quoted.

I hope that if I ever need a plumbing solution again, that I get Thomas and Steve. My dog, Lucy, even greeted them with a smile instead of snarls.

Prompt attention from The business once I contacted them. They were able to send a knowledgeable technician out who quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary solution until the replacement part arrives. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend highly.
