Mike's Plumbing Company is the most dishonest Plumbing company we have ever used. A Plummer came to our house to pull our toilet and pedestal sink because we were having new flooring put in. This plumber took the toilet apart which was not necessary and took the flange and water supply line with him also. He spent over two and a half hours, more than was necessary just to charge us more. My husband then asked him how long to put everything back and he quoted us another two and a half hours. If he had just pulled the toilet and sink at most it would have been an hour. We got another Plummer to come out and put the toilet and sink back, one hour even with having to put the toilet all back together. What a rip off company, I would never use them again.

Kate took my information, Jeremy followed up with a call that same day and 2 days later Matt came out and did the work. (the job was not an emergency) All were very professional. Excellent experience with Mike's Plumbing. I had them out to simply hook up my reverse osmosis system to the refrigerator. The builder used uponor pex and left very little extra pipe exposed to install new fittings. Rich could have easily told me that we needed to cut the wall to get to the pipe. Instead he took his time and carefully cleaned the pex and invented a little collar to compress the old pex to allow for the installation of a new fitting ring over the old pex. Excellent patience and ingenuity! Thank you He even had treats for our puppy! :)

Jeremy scheduled my visit, and I received a follow-up reminder. Also at completion of the work, I received an electronic receipt and itemized bill. Way to go, Mike - matching the nitsy administrative tasks to modern efficiencies. Meanwhile, Bill arrived on time and well prepared to take on three tasks that I had requested. He explained how his methods and hardware fix improved on the original pipe installation that had caused one of the issues. He was not only thorough but gave info that left me with peace of mind as well as excellent plumbing repairs. Thanks!

Mike's Plumbing was very good when the father ran the business. The son took over and we had a horrible experience. the inside machanism of the toilets were changed but not done properly. One of the toilets was flushed after the plumber left and we had water running out of the bathroom into the hallway. What a mess!!!

Contacted Mike's Plumbing based on all the positive reviews. They installed a new toilet, pedestal sink, and a couple of new shower cartridges. Charged by an hourly rate. Matt and Rich worked together to get the job done in a professional and timely manner. They left things clean and neat and made sure I was happy with the work. As a first time customer I was also given a 10% discount. I would not hesitate to use them again.
