We needed a new hot water heater in our father's condo so we called Mike's Plumbing and are glad we did. Dave (the plumber) was neat, tidy and respectful of our property. The cost was several hundred dollars less than another plumbing company that we consulted. I'll call them again in a minute!

I am thoroughly impressed with Mike's Plumbing. They answered their phone quickly and were in my house connecting my new sinks, disposal, etc within 18 hours ! Matt was wonderful. They send you an email and text confirmation of your appointment within seconds of calling them . And this morning, when Matt was on the way to my house, they even sent a text so that I could track exactly when Matt would arrive. They give you a quote on-site before they do the work so that you know exactly how much everything will cost. And they send pictures of their work """"before"""" and """" after"""". They are GREAT !!!!

I contacted this business about two toilets that were running in a rental unit I have. I was told that the price would probably be around $100.00 but could be more after inspection. I scheduled for 8 am on a Wednesday. I was told it would be the first appointment of the day and he would be on time. When he was 30 minutes late, I called the company and got an answering service and I had to leave a message. He finally arrived 45 minutes late. He inspected the toilets and quoted me 270.00. Seemed high but I agreed. After taking the units apart he told me he """"made a mistake"""" and that it would be 420.00--a 150.00 increase! Since I had tenants moving in within a few days--I reluctantly agreed. Then 30 minutes later he increased the price another 55.00. I realize that once a repairman digs into something the price might go up but increasing it by 205.00 is unacceptable. After he finished and was leaving, I heard water running. I went into the bath room and the toilet that he had """"fixed"""" was running-the very problem I complained about! He said he left the chain in the way and it was now """"fixed"""". I left the home for an appointment and when I came back the toilet was running again! I immediately called the company and of course got their answering service. I left a message detailing the problem and waited 24 hours for a return call. When they didn't call me back I called them again and did actually get someone on the phone. Supposedly they will fix the toilet (for a third time) the following Monday. The The entire experience was just awful I would NEVER hire them again.

Mike's Plumbing Company is the most dishonest Plumbing company we have ever used. A Plummer came to our house to pull our toilet and pedestal sink because we were having new flooring put in. This plumber took the toilet apart which was not necessary and took the flange and water supply line with him also. He spent over two and a half hours, more than was necessary just to charge us more. My husband then asked him how long to put everything back and he quoted us another two and a half hours. If he had just pulled the toilet and sink at most it would have been an hour. We got another Plummer to come out and put the toilet and sink back, one hour even with having to put the toilet all back together. What a rip off company, I would never use them again.

Called them yesterday after hours because of a small leak behind the wall. To my surprise, Jeremy answered and was very accommodating. I told him that was have the water shut off and that it could wait until tomorrow morning. After coming out, they found that the valve outside was not shutting the water off to the house completely, and took care of that valve along with the copper pipe that was leaking behind the wall. Very prompt service, and very friendly. I'd like to thank Yelp for helping me find this plumber! I hope to not use them again (snicker) but If I do, they will be my first call!

charged me $400+ three+ hours and left without unclogging the drain.... the next guy i called fixed it in 5 minutes and cost me $100.

I called Mike's Plumbing to install four bathroom sink faucets that I had purchased online. They responded quickly with an estimate. When Matt, the technician arrived he checked out the install and informed me that the product was not compatible with the existing plumbing. He suggested that if I still wanted to do the job what to look for as a compatible alternative. Matt was very friendly and I will definitely use him for any upcoming projects. Five star all the way.
