Yeah!! Great company. They found time in their busy schedule to come to my home and solve a leaking issue. The problem was owner-induced!! In other words, we accidentally opened a valve that was not being used. This caused some unwanted water in the garage. After a little investigation, Allen found the valve..... After expertly closing the valve, restoring the water to the house, Mike's Plumbing only charged $50 for an emergency call the day before thanksgiving. Mike's has done previous work for me, and I'm happy they could help me so quickly again. Happy Thanksgiving!

Called Mikes around noon because my hot water heater was leaking. By 5PM they had installed a new unit, took the old one away and cleaned excess water up. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Mike's for any plumbing issues. I have used them in the past and will use them again.

The Good: excellent service, keeps you updated. The Bad: They are expensive and try to upswell you. We could have our water softener installed by another company and saved serious money.

I feel ripped off by Mike's plumbing. Priced gouged and never fixed the problem. I had to call in another plumber to finally fix my stopped up sink. Actually, after Mike's plumbing left it got worse. I highly would NOT recommend them.

Called and scheduled an appointment for help on our Moen Flo about ten days before the date. They are listed on the Moen website as certified installers. Tech called on day of appointment after the appointed time and was rude and argumentative saying they did not install it and I should just go to the web site. I said I was looking for help to find a leak. He said he could offer a home inspection on all fixtures for $150. I agreed to that and he said he would call back in a half hour. Never called back. Nasty guy and I will go to some one who wants my business. We were contacted by the company owner and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. So five stars for the owner who clearly cares about customer service.

I contacted this business about two toilets that were running in a rental unit I have. I was told that the price would probably be around $100.00 but could be more after inspection. I scheduled for 8 am on a Wednesday. I was told it would be the first appointment of the day and he would be on time. When he was 30 minutes late, I called the company and got an answering service and I had to leave a message. He finally arrived 45 minutes late. He inspected the toilets and quoted me 270.00. Seemed high but I agreed. After taking the units apart he told me he """"made a mistake"""" and that it would be 420.00--a 150.00 increase! Since I had tenants moving in within a few days--I reluctantly agreed. Then 30 minutes later he increased the price another 55.00. I realize that once a repairman digs into something the price might go up but increasing it by 205.00 is unacceptable. After he finished and was leaving, I heard water running. I went into the bath room and the toilet that he had """"fixed"""" was running-the very problem I complained about! He said he left the chain in the way and it was now """"fixed"""". I left the home for an appointment and when I came back the toilet was running again! I immediately called the company and of course got their answering service. I left a message detailing the problem and waited 24 hours for a return call. When they didn't call me back I called them again and did actually get someone on the phone. Supposedly they will fix the toilet (for a third time) the following Monday. The The entire experience was just awful I would NEVER hire them again.

I'm a return customer for so many reasons. Earlier this year I searched for plumbing companies with good reviews. Saw Mike's Plumbing of Southwest Florida and read glowing reviews. First time they came was to change out shower fixtures. The plumber was fantastic and friendly and took his time. My shower fixtures are beautiful! Today, I had toilet issues and the plumbers that came out were wonderful. Both times I had plumbers come from Mike's Plumbing, they explained everything clearly and I understood it well. I was more than pleased with their COVID-19 protocol. Masks, gloves and shoe coverings were worn the entire time. They've also been respectful of my home every time. I will continue to use Mike's Plumbing and recommend them to everyone I know.
