I used Mike's Plumbing to fix a leaky bathtub plumbing. The service tech came on schedule and fixed the problem in record time. I think his name was Rich. He made recommendations regarding our water heater but wasn't pushy about having it replaced. Appreciated that. Made another appointment with them and the lady who took our info was probably the most pleasant person you'll ever speak to in any service related field. Other companies should learn from Mike's Plumbing's customer service.

Okay, we all know how hard it is to get good help and good customer service these days!! Well, from the initial inquiry, I received a quick response. When I explained my problem, I was asked what was the make, model and to take a picture of the fixture. I loved that because they assessed what the potential problem was and knew what they were dealing with before coming out. They didn't waste time and my money, by coming out first and saying once they got here they didn't have the needed part. When they reviewed the pic and info I provided , I was told the part I needed had to be ordered; that I would be contacted to schedule an appointment. I was subsequently contacted to schedule an appointment and confirm my appointment date and time. The morning of my appointment, Matthew who was assigned to my ticket, called to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he removed his shoes (thank you)and was greeted with a handshake and a smile. Matt quickly assessed the problem and replaced the part; and before leaving, asked if there was anything else that needed to be addressed. GREAT SERVICE! Reasonably priced. THANK YOU.

We needed new shit off valves put on under the bathroom sink. Due to weird pipe designs we had to shut off the water to the whole house. They were able to get us in the same day and even faster than the initial time they quoted. The plumber was professional, friendly, and fast. I will call them again if I need a plumber.

These people are awesome. I mean spot on. Fast. Friendly. Reliable. I have used them four times in two months. I never have had plumbing issues in the past so we had a lot of anxiety about finding someone. So, I found them on YELP! Go Yelp! We were originally in crisis as the plumber we booked to install two faucets fell through. We called them at 3:30 on a Friday and two friendly techs were at our house by 4:30. I mean awesome or what! Todays crisis, the toilet wouldn't flush. Hubby called them and again with in an hour they were there. They are like magicians. Need a plumber. Look no further. These guys ROCK!

Service technician came right away, and had our water heater operating in top shape within the one hour service call time. Service was friendly and efficient. Steve made certain to clean up after service, and always removed his shoes before entering the house.

Look NO FURTHER for an excellent plumbing company in Naples. I have dealt with several others in the area, and Mike's Plumbing exceeds them all. Spoke with Jeremy and told him that I wanted to replace a toilet in a condo that I owed in Naples. He listened to what I wanted, and made a suggestion that I was very pleased with. An appointment was scheduled, and the work was done is an efficient and professional manner. I am so glad that I have found this company and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. Sorry I did not find them earlier.

After reading several bad reviews of other plumbers I went with Mike's Plumbing and glad I did. Right off I was able to talk to someone in the field and within a few ours he was at my house. They worked with me in figuring out the best solution for my problem and the leak at my meter was fixed very quickly. It's great to know that there are still reliable companies out there and I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing, Jeremy and Steve.

Talked with Jeremy on my first call and he arranged to have someone in my house within an hour to replace a toilet flange and toilet. The gentleman worked quickly and efficiently which kept the labor cost down. He explained certain plumbing challenges clearly and accurately (I was already aware of them), and he gave some good advice should his installation fail due to a problem with the plumbing. He couldn't haul the old toilet away because his truck was full, but trash pickup will get it in a couple days. All in all, I'm extremely pleased.

Called them yesterday after hours because of a small leak behind the wall. To my surprise, Jeremy answered and was very accommodating. I told him that was have the water shut off and that it could wait until tomorrow morning. After coming out, they found that the valve outside was not shutting the water off to the house completely, and took care of that valve along with the copper pipe that was leaking behind the wall. Very prompt service, and very friendly. I'd like to thank Yelp for helping me find this plumber! I hope to not use them again (snicker) but If I do, they will be my first call!
