We tried to get a price to do main line clean from exterior clean out, they want to charge $50 to come out to give me a price, won't give any kind of range. The bad reviews are based on a bad experience. Jeremy, it's not hard to give prices up front with a range, you don't need to charge to come look at that. No one expects you to do more for free. Mike""""s Plumbing provides excellent fast and reliable service. My commode on my second floor condo was leaking down into the 1st floor unit. This happened late on a Friday afternoon. I called Mike's Plumbing and they sent someone within one hour and within another hour the problem was resolved. They provide the best service and their technicians are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Give them a call! You will not be disappointed!

Very disappointed with this Company. My issue was a leaking shower faucet. The technician said he couldn't get the handle off because it was frozen and indicated that he would have to cut off the handle and cover. He said he would have to order the two new parts. He indicated the price would be about $700.00. After he left I called another Company. They came the following day. The technician had no problem at all getting the handle and plate off. He was here less than an hour. The bill to do the repair came to $173.50. Over $500.00 less than the other quote.

Price was ridiculous! He said he would send some one out to look at the project , I said no need , he would never get the price down enough, permit fee was twice what I found on CC website.

Yeah!! Great company. They found time in their busy schedule to come to my home and solve a leaking issue. The problem was owner-induced!! In other words, we accidentally opened a valve that was not being used. This caused some unwanted water in the garage. After a little investigation, Allen found the valve..... After expertly closing the valve, restoring the water to the house, Mike's Plumbing only charged $50 for an emergency call the day before thanksgiving. Mike's has done previous work for me, and I'm happy they could help me so quickly again. Happy Thanksgiving!

Called Mikes around noon because my hot water heater was leaking. By 5PM they had installed a new unit, took the old one away and cleaned excess water up. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Mike's for any plumbing issues. I have used them in the past and will use them again.

The Good: excellent service, keeps you updated. The Bad: They are expensive and try to upswell you. We could have our water softener installed by another company and saved serious money.
