My experience with this company was great. I had a clog in my bathroom sink. They sent one guy out to try to remove it but it did not work. The guy was honest and said I think one of the more experienced employees should take a look at this. He said I will be back tomorrow with the more experienced guy. The guy who came out the next day was the guy with the Go-T and glasses In the picture with all the employees standing by the van. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. He was great, he came in and fixed the problem in no time. Very nice person and awesome knowledgeable and knows his job. You can tell he has years of experience. If he was My employee I would give him a raise and try to keep him for as long as possible. He fixed the problem. Because they did not fix the problem on day one they only charged me for one day instead of two. I would call them again but I would be sure to ask for the Gentleman with the Go-T and glasses in the picture.

charged me $400+ three+ hours and left without unclogging the drain.... the next guy i called fixed it in 5 minutes and cost me $100.

Talked with Jeremy on my first call and he arranged to have someone in my house within an hour to replace a toilet flange and toilet. The gentleman worked quickly and efficiently which kept the labor cost down. He explained certain plumbing challenges clearly and accurately (I was already aware of them), and he gave some good advice should his installation fail due to a problem with the plumbing. He couldn't haul the old toilet away because his truck was full, but trash pickup will get it in a couple days. All in all, I'm extremely pleased.

I called Mike's plumbing and spoke with Katie. She was amazing and super helpful. We have an older home and the shower had stopped working. Her advice was on point (I checked with a friend out of state who was impressed with her knowledge and he's been in the industry for decades). In the end, we have a modern and up to code bath/shower that's ready for when we decide to renovate the bathroom next year. Another company wanted us to replace the existing hardware with the same setup. Katie explained that there wasn't a real price benefit and recommended a solution that most importantly takes the safety of our children into account. I work in high end collision repair and always appreciate someone who's knowledgeable, has the customer's best interest at heart, and backs it all up with excellent customer service and workmanship. I called Mike's Plumbing to request an estimate for re-piping my house. No one ever came to my house at the scheduled time or called to reschedule. It's a mystery no-show.

I am very impressed with Mike's Plumbing. I telephoned their shop to explain a rather unique problem that prevented our washing machine from draining into the sewer system on a small single family residence built in the 1960s. Jeremy offered several possible solutions but reserved judgement until someone could evaluate the problem on site. Jared arrived the morning. He carefully and methodically inspected, measured, and, where not visible, accurately deduced tho location of all critical elements. Based on that information, he proposed several alternatives and recommended one solution. The estimate for the job was fair. He reviewed everything with Jeremy and proceeded to work. His kept work area was neat and well organized. As he opened up a concrete wall, he discovered problems unrelated to his task. He corrected those problems. He solved the drainage problem after having to go through two concrete walls and replace several joints. He added a cleanout access and installed a new hookup box for the washer intake and drain. He cleaned up and tested everything to the satisfaction of all concerned. I am very thankful for Mike's Plumbing and especially for Jared and the work he did. His thoughtful methodical and thorough approach, problem solving ability, courteous and professional demeanor, and excellent plumbing workmanship are to be commended.

I used Mike's Plumbing to fix a leaky bathtub plumbing. The service tech came on schedule and fixed the problem in record time. I think his name was Rich. He made recommendations regarding our water heater but wasn't pushy about having it replaced. Appreciated that. Made another appointment with them and the lady who took our info was probably the most pleasant person you'll ever speak to in any service related field. Other companies should learn from Mike's Plumbing's customer service.

The price they quoted for the work we needed to have done was outrageous, over $4,500 more than the next closest bid $ and $5,000 more than the lowest bid! They were very responsive and professional but due to the cost it's just not feasible to hire them.
