From Nicole asking me for photos to give me an estimate on the phone (other companies wanted $100 to come out and see), to Mike himself calling me to explain what needed to be done, to finally Marcen refurbishing two toilets quickly and effectively; Mike The Plumber will be my plumbing company for years to come. While visiting our home in Boca Raton our hot water heater decided to stop working. I purchased a new heater at Home Depot Friday 12/26/2020 and had a friend (not a plumber) install it. Only the top part of the heater was working but we had no hot water. I called the manufacturer, Rheem, who told me that I would get a call 2 days later just to set up an appt after that. Desperate for hot water I started calling local plumbers but everyone was closed for the holiday weekend. I was able to talk to Nicole who fortunately was sympathetic to my problem. She was out of town but had one of her plumbers show up at my house in less than 90 minutes. He opened the panels on the heater and found the wires were crossed from the factory. I was happy there were not extra parts or labor needed. Nicole and her crew 'saved our vacation'! I recommend them without reservation!!!!!

Called Mike the Plumber to get a water pipe fixed in my home. They called me back asking for some pictures of the job needed. I sent them. After a while without any response I called back asking if they had received the pictures, their answer was """"yes"""". And never heard back from them. Is it too difficult for them to decline the job if they don't want to do it? They wasted my time. Poor communication, poor customer service.

We had a pipe leak in the attic. I called out GC who is also new to us. I thought it was the roof. They quickly referred us to Mike the Plumber. I called from work around 2pm on a Friday and they sent Marcin out by 4:30pm the same day. I could not be more impressed with the quick response and Marcin was very professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling them in the future.

I had always used the same Plumber & paid the high price because they were responsive. I didn't know any better until I met Mike the Plumber. My insurance company originally recommended MTP so I was a little hesitant. As it turned out, he found a leak that my plumber AND the leak detection company did not find. He was persistent, professional and meticulous in the repair. I can't use anyone else now. In the end, his diligence will save us so much money because he did the right thing. I am grateful.

Called them for a estimate for a water heater replacement. They gave me a estimate of $1370 to install a $419 water heater. They would charge $470 for the water heater that I could buy for $419 in Home Depot. Then wanted over $550 to do a 2 hour job tops. Then wanted another $200 for a permit and another $150 for the work to file the permit. Then stated I needed a new breaker, that I didnt, and they would provide the electrician at extra cost. when you add it all up 1370x7% sales tax = 1466, plus another few hundred I quess for their electrician to get a piece of the action. They install would be over $1700 more then 4x's the cost of the water heater....

Mike The Plumber is amazing. We've had Doug and James help us tackle plumbing issues both big and small. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and do high quality work. Plus, they are affordable! I strongly recommend them. :)

Used them several times. Nicole sent out Doug who was careful and professional. He listened to my needs and made suggestions as to how he could extend valves for ease of use. When we had an issue with my Aunts condo in West Palm Beach, Doug was sent and changed all the valves in the condo and supply lines to the toilets. He called me (I live in Tampa) from the condo to let me know what was needed. Eight valves and two supply lines was just under $500. They come when needed and do a professional job. I'm satisfied.
