While visiting our home in Boca Raton our hot water heater decided to stop working. I purchased a new heater at Home Depot Friday 12/26/2020 and had a friend (not a plumber) install it. Only the top part of the heater was working but we had no hot water. I called the manufacturer, Rheem, who told me that I would get a call 2 days later just to set up an appt after that. Desperate for hot water I started calling local plumbers but everyone was closed for the holiday weekend. I was able to talk to Nicole who fortunately was sympathetic to my problem. She was out of town but had one of her plumbers show up at my house in less than 90 minutes. He opened the panels on the heater and found the wires were crossed from the factory. I was happy there were not extra parts or labor needed. Nicole and her crew 'saved our vacation'! I recommend them without reservation!!!!!

We had an emergency tonight. Our main line clogged and had one major toilet overflow. I called multiple plumbers at 10 pm. No one would even answer my call, I left messages and did not receive a single call back. Mike the Plumber picked up the emergency line and was kind enough to call and ask the on call person if they would be willing to come. Tom got out of bed and came to our house right away, diagnosed the problem immediately, was able to fix it right away. The pricing was fair and the service was outstanding. By the way, flushable toilet wipes should not be flushed. They clogged our main line.

I used Mike the Plumber for a toilet replacement. When I called they came out the plumber said the seal was bad. When he lifted the toilet palmetto bugs came running out! He cleaned everything up took it all away. He was so calm! I was freaking out! That explained why we were seeing bugs in the bathroom ever so often! I had no idea that was where they were coming from. He left everything clean. Was kind and charged us fair price. I would definitely call them again. Thanks Mike the Plumber.

From big jobs to small ones they will explain the issues, give you choices and listen to your concerns. If there were 6 stars I'd give it to this company. And the office staff stays in touch with you and acts promptly and politely with any issues with scheduling or products. Used them several times. Nicole sent out Doug who was careful and professional. He listened to my needs and made suggestions as to how he could extend valves for ease of use. When we had an issue with my Aunts condo in West Palm Beach, Doug was sent and changed all the valves in the condo and supply lines to the toilets. He called me (I live in Tampa) from the condo to let me know what was needed. Eight valves and two supply lines was just under $500. They come when needed and do a professional job. I'm satisfied.

We hired Mike The Plumber to address an issue with hot water taking a few long time to reach any faucet and shower. TJ came out for an initial free consult to understand the issue and then proposed an affordable solution. After receiving a quote, we researched pricing for the re-circulation pump listed in the quote online and found the quoted price for the product in the invoice to be fair. TJ came out a second time to perform the install. He was respectful in wearing a mask without being told, wore the usual contractor booties when entering the house, demonstrated the product's features for us, tested the results of the install, and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.
