We hired Mike The Plumber to address an issue with hot water taking a few long time to reach any faucet and shower. TJ came out for an initial free consult to understand the issue and then proposed an affordable solution. After receiving a quote, we researched pricing for the re-circulation pump listed in the quote online and found the quoted price for the product in the invoice to be fair. TJ came out a second time to perform the install. He was respectful in wearing a mask without being told, wore the usual contractor booties when entering the house, demonstrated the product's features for us, tested the results of the install, and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.

Our first time needing plumbing services in Lake Worth and our experience with Mike The Plumber was a positive one! They called and texted me to let me know our plumber was on the way and on time for our agreed on repair time. A review of our issue and the plumber set right to work. After the repairs were completed we were pleased to see our bill was reasonable for the work done. Would definitely use their services again when/if needed!

We had a very good experience with this company. We had a leak in one of the toilets. My husband is handy, but this was beyond his skill set. We called Mikes based on seeing other Yelp reviewer's positive comments. We were able to get an appointment within a couple days at a convenient time. We were given a two hour window. The plumber showed up on time -- first we got an automated call to say he was on his way; this was followed by a text message notifying us, as well. He came with all the necessary equipment to do the repair and complete the job. Luckily, it didn't take the amount of time we thought it would. We were able to pay with a credit card. We received an email of the detailed invoice showing that we had paid. I'm sure we will use this company again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. However, we are hoping not to need his services too soon!

We called Mike the Plumber when our septic system backed up and all 3 units were unable to shower or flush the toilets. I spoke with Nicole, who was a pleasure to deal with and assured me she'd have someone out to our place ASAP. They came to the house quickly, were able to assess the situation and had us back up and running. I'm very thankful that the team from Mike the Plumber came that day.
