N G.I recently switched plumbers to Mike Testa Plumbing. I knew nothing about the company and thought I'd give it a try. My first job was an annual clean-out of our kitchen and main drain lines. The plumber, Aaron was friendly and efficient and, left me with such a positive reaction that I thought I'd use them for my next plumbing job. Soon after I needed a toilet replacement. This time it was Ben who replaced and installed the new toilet. Ben's friendly manner and patience (the wrong model was in the truck and the correct model had to be re-delivered) was exactly what we're looking for in a plumber. I just called up for some new plumbing work, they asked for some pictures of the fixtures, and, after sending them, I and was told it can be ""scheduled tomorrow"" - this is such a difference from what I'm used to when jobs were typically scheduled a week or two out. I'm a satisfied and happy local customer of Mike Testa Plumbing!
Phil S.Mike Testa did a great job replacing our 27 year old water heater and fixing our upstairs bathroom shower. Dan and Franklin worked hard to get the jobs done efficiently and in a timely manner.
Curt changed faucet. Efficient. On time, well done. Thanks. Second time to use Mike Testa Plumbing with good results. Will call again when needed.
Taylor A.This company is fantastic. We had a gas line installed by them. The quote was accurate, the time they estimated the job to take was accurate and they were prompt and kept us informed as the work was being completed. A few weeks later we were experiencing issues with an old water heater that was in our home and Mike Testa Plumbing was to the rescue! Kyle went above and beyond with his communications with the manufacturer and myself. He is an excellent plumber and made us feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process which would have otherwise been stressful. A big shoutout to Franklin (the servicer who did the work).
Thank you Mike Testa Plumbing! We will be using you for years to come!!
I couldn't believe the charges to fix a leaking bathroom faucet and to replace a new kitchen faucet the bill is $691.05. I provided the kitchen faucet, I know Moen's price to replaced it is $180.00. I don't know why I called Mike Testa. What a mistake, Testa claims 4.25 hours, unbelievable charges as a Senior labor rate of $160.00 per hour. The young man Testa sent to do the job. We weren't sure if the young man was up to do the job. Anyway, my husband 86 and I 74. Now we understand, why unscrupulous companies take advantage of Seniors. For our fix income that is thousands. Well, live and learn, If you want to waist money go with Mike Testa.
We were sold an faucet from Testa that was damaged. Instead of replacing it we paid for 5 service calls because of a leaky faucet. When we finally contacted Mike he challenged us by saying ""How do you know the faucet is leaking?"" REALLY!! When you see water running out of the sides of the faucet it is insulting to be questioned. I would never recommend this plumbing service unless you want to wash $1800. down the drain.
Gene Q.We initially called Testa to install a new kitchen faucet. The one we had purchased did not fit so the plumber sold us a faucet from his truck. Between Nov. and June, we had to call them back 4 additional times because the faucet was leaking. At least twice, our kitchen floor was flooded. Each time, something new was replaced even though each time the initial symptom was that the faucet was leaking. There were three different plumbers who came out. The last one was the youngest and he determined there was something wrong with the faucet. That was the only no charge call, after $1,800+ in billing.
When the faucet started leaking again in August we decided to cut our losses and go to another plumbe
PS., It did not do any good to call management. He just read the work orders and asked how we knew the faucet was leaking. His real question was, are you going to trust me or your lying eyes.

Marie l.I called Mike Testa plumbing initially because of the Diamond Certification. The project was to replace 2 old enamel kitchen sinks with 2 stainless steel sinks. They sent out a project manager, Don, who helped me make sure I had all the parts I needed for the job. Not being a remodeling type of person, I needed some handholding and he walked me through the process and reviewed the parts with me before we started the job.
When the time came for the job, it was trickier than it originally seemed because after 6 weeks of phone calls, I was not able to find a tile company willing to come out and cut the sink holes bigger. They all were busy remodeling whole kitchens and bathrooms and did not want this small job. So I used a handyman who did the best he could but really I needed a tile company to prepare the cut out properly for the sink installation. In the end, Don and the plumber understood my predicament, got creative, and were able to get my sinks installed.
I haven't gotten the final bill and yes I know it's not going to be cheap, but I feel like I got a quality job. I'm very happy with the installation and the whole process of working with Mike Testa plumbing, from the office staff to the planning and technicians. In the future they will be my first phone call for any plumbing needs I have.
Kirk did an outstanding, professional job today resolving a complicated drainage issue - many thanks
Needed a thermalcouple replacement. They told me it would take 4 hours to change the part and they were going to charge me $140.00 for the part.
I bought the part for $66.00 and Precision Plumbing Service came and changed the part our in literally 15 minutes.
