We were leaving for a trip and, OF COURSE, we had a plumbing issue where our garbage disposal was leaking under our sink. We had a family staying in our home to housesit so we knew this situation couldn't wait until we got back. We called Mike Testa Plumbing and felt as though we got the royal treatment. They were so quick to respond and send someone out. The plumber brought a new garbage disposal and it was an easy situation to handle. If you want professional services and an all-around great company to work with, this is your place.

My grandkids showed up for a stay, and as always, the toilet was jammed.
Called Mike Testa in a panic at 8 am. As usual the sewer line had to be reamed out some 20 feet . Mike Testas guy had everything working by 10. He drove over from San Francisco. Fast, incredible customer service. WIll use they again soon, my grandkids are coming back for another visit!

This is the BEST plumber I have ever found and used. I have used them for leaky toilets, new water heater, clogged drain from disposal. I had a leaky base around a faucet and they came out replaced a cartridge in faucet, which turned out to be a faulty cartridge, they came out AGAIN and replaced the cartridge in faucet and then sent me a bill for -0-.
What I am thus doing, is getting on yelp and bragging about them and how they stand behind their work!
I have always gladly and promptly paid my bill, as it is the best way to thank them and show respect.

Called Saturday morning for a sewer clean out. All of a sudden my sewer line was backed up. Ben came out that afternoon and cleared the line of my tree roots. It was a strict hourly rate with no surcharge for weekends. He was professional and courteous. Would definitely call them again.

Big kudos from us to Mike Testa Plumbing. The backflow preventer for our garden irrigation needed to be re-installed because of pipe breaks resulting from the original shoddy installation (by someone else). Their plumber did a terrific job and was very knowledgable and capable. He also overcame a potentially difficult problem that, if not solved, would have cost us a lot of money and no end of hassle. I recently switched plumbers to Mike Testa Plumbing. I knew nothing about the company and thought I'd give it a try. My first job was an annual clean-out of our kitchen and main drain lines. The plumber, Aaron was friendly and efficient and, left me with such a positive reaction that I thought I'd use them for my next plumbing job. Soon after I needed a toilet replacement. This time it was Ben who replaced and installed the new toilet. Ben's friendly manner and patience (the wrong model was in the truck and the correct model had to be re-delivered) was exactly what we're looking for in a plumber. I just called up for some new plumbing work, they asked for some pictures of the fixtures, and, after sending them, I and was told it can be ""scheduled tomorrow"" - this is such a difference from what I'm used to when jobs were typically scheduled a week or two out. I'm a satisfied and happy local customer of Mike Testa Plumbing!

This company is fantastic. We had a gas line installed by them. The quote was accurate, the time they estimated the job to take was accurate and they were prompt and kept us informed as the work was being completed. A few weeks later we were experiencing issues with an old water heater that was in our home and Mike Testa Plumbing was to the rescue! Kyle went above and beyond with his communications with the manufacturer and myself. He is an excellent plumber and made us feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process which would have otherwise been stressful. A big shoutout to Franklin (the servicer who did the work).
