Not enough time to detail the horrible experience we had. Called them about our zero water pressure when the softener was not in by-pass mode, the leaking by-pass valve, and two other minor leaks. Their two teenage """"Plumbers"""" told my wife the by-pass valve was leaking (which was why we had called them) and that while they sell water softeners, they don't service them. In order to solve the leaky valve problem, they cut the pipes to and from the water softener and connected them together - bypassing the softener - and told my wife to call a plumber who could install a new valve and advise us about the water pressure issue. They fixed one of the other two leaks, and told my wife to buy a new faucet to fix the third one and left with it still leaking. When she asked then where they had gone to voc-tech school, they said they didn't need to go to school to be plumbers in Florida. We couldn't be more dissatisfied.

Horrible experience, don't use them. Some high school kid came out to our home to fix a leaky sink. He knew nothing, did nothing and wanted to charge us $100+ for the call!

Needed septic pumped immediately as it was back flowing into tubs. I called eight places who wouldn't come any sooner than 5-6 days out. Mike Scott came same day. They are not the cheapest, in fact they were the most expensive of the eight I called but they are available on short notice. Guys who came out were friendly and explained a lot of things I thought we were doing right that could be done better. Even showed me how to clean the filter ( which is very easy) so I don't have to pay for someone to do it. I'd definitely use them again.

I called and gave a detailed explanation of my issue. They sent someone out and then I was told they don't work on that and handed me a bill for a service call. When I argued and refused to pay since I was very clear up front what my issue was they sent me to collections. Will never use again.

Called septic middle of the night. That service was great! If you have a septic problem, call them. Good price, good people. Still had an issue...then the fun started. Septic guy told us a plumber was on the way. Stayed up until 6:30 in the morning waiting. Finally got a call saying plumber would arrive between 10 and 1. Unacceptable! Pushed the urgency of our issue (leaving in 2 days for winter holiday). Plumber arrived 8:13 AM. Real fun starts. Plumber starts with shoving the auger from the septic tank (later found out into the wrong pipe). Tried twice. Then tried from in the house. Never even looked for the clean out pipe. 5 hours later he said broken pipe and left. Out $540 dollars, still have a problem. Outrageous!!! Guy with the pipe camera scheduled to come out NEXT DAY. Completely unacceptable. Gave up and called a local guy. Took 2 hours, and only because they had to find the clean out pipe. Guess what? No broken pipe just a clog. Cost less and problem solved. Our plumbing works and we are off to our vacation. End result: Mike Scott for septic...NOT PLUMBING.

Emergency call for a water leak in the laundry room. The response was quick the price was right and the work performed fixed the leak. I would highly recommend Mike Scott Plumbing..

Mike Scott Plumbing did all the plumbing work for my daughter's new house. They were a subcontractor. There have been a couple of issues along the way, but they took care of it right away. They seem to be good, honest people.

I called for service about an apparent water leak under my mobile home. The technician called to say that he would be arriving earlier than our appointment time, and he did. He was brave enough to go under the mobile home and we located the leak as coming from he connection to my ice maker (refrigerator). He pulled the frig out and fixed and completely different connection and was very pleasant and professional the whole time! I would highly recommend Nelson and the company that he works for!
