Replaced a Kohler double sink with a single bowl. Mike Scott Plumbing did a terrific job. Recommended an excellent granite contractor for removal of the old and placement of the new sink. Plumbers showed up exactly on time. No up-sell, just did the job, reused what they could. Very pleased with the end result and cost. For me they are also local. I recommend them.

No call no show for a new water heater install. Old water heater was taken out and ready for them to just install new one. Appt was 2-6pm. I called at 5pm to see when they were coming. Guess what they then said oh we can be there tomorrow morning. I told them old one was removed so I have zero water. Didn't make a difference. I'd rather be leaving a good review but a no call no show is a deal breaker. Hopefully they treat others alot better.

I read that Mike Scott Plumbing has All the Service, All the Time, available 24 hours a day. Not so! I called because a pipe burst under my home and was told they had no one available today. So much for All the Service, All the Time. Call someone else!

I called for service about an apparent water leak under my mobile home. The technician called to say that he would be arriving earlier than our appointment time, and he did. He was brave enough to go under the mobile home and we located the leak as coming from he connection to my ice maker (refrigerator). He pulled the frig out and fixed and completely different connection and was very pleasant and professional the whole time! I would highly recommend Nelson and the company that he works for!

Not enough time to detail the horrible experience we had. Called them about our zero water pressure when the softener was not in by-pass mode, the leaking by-pass valve, and two other minor leaks. Their two teenage """"Plumbers"""" told my wife the by-pass valve was leaking (which was why we had called them) and that while they sell water softeners, they don't service them. In order to solve the leaky valve problem, they cut the pipes to and from the water softener and connected them together - bypassing the softener - and told my wife to call a plumber who could install a new valve and advise us about the water pressure issue. They fixed one of the other two leaks, and told my wife to buy a new faucet to fix the third one and left with it still leaking. When she asked then where they had gone to voc-tech school, they said they didn't need to go to school to be plumbers in Florida. We couldn't be more dissatisfied.

My Husband had a really bad experience with a manager from Mike Scotts plumbing. Last week we purchased and had a shower trim installed by Mike Scott Plumbing. The installation was $163.00 They did a great job. About 2 weeks later we ordered another shower trim for another bathroom. This one was less complicated my husband was going to install it himself but changed his mind. He called Mike Scott to schedule an install appointment and ask for the install price just to confirm. The young lady he spoke to had to call back with the price. When she did the quoted price was $600.00. My husband said no not possible I just had this done and it was $165.00 for the installation. She stated this is what my manager told me to tell you. My husband said let me speak to him something is not making sense. The manager gets on the phone and right away said $600.00 is the price and its non-negatable. My husband tried to explain we just had this done for $165.00. The manager rudely repeated """"I'm not going to say this again, I've been doing this for 30 years and $600.00 is the price"""". This manager needs a course in customer service. He was so disrespectful and didn't care to even listen to what my husband was trying to explain. We than called Antony Torri who quoted a price of $105.00 for the first hour. This is a 20-minute job. Mike Scott, we have done a lot of business with you but not anymore.

Have a sewer smell in bathroom, plumber came out said he could not smell anything, flush the toilet 5 times and charged me 87 dollars and left. Smell bad in there every day but because when he came, he could not smell anything, didn't even try to check the vent stack like i asked him to. Do they think a customer would call someone out for nothing? Highly recommend using someone else if you have an issue.

I was amazed how quickly they came out on a Saturday. They did not charge extra with it being on a weekend. Logan was very professional and did a great job. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
