It has taken me a year to come to terms with my stupidity in hiring these guys to clear my drain to the city street and line the pipe. They had to cut through the cement up by the house to get to the line and they did the work but they convinced me it was a deal at $27,000 ! I had a renter at the time who was going through a tough time and had to stay in a hotel until it was fixed and I thought I trusted them to give me a fair price. Since then I have found prices for the same work for less than a third and everyone has told me I was crazy. My savings are gone and I.m terrified. The worst thing I have EVER done! If I could leave a negative star I would. I set up an appointment two days early and was told there would be a four hour window and I would need to be ready for the call. So I wait and get a call telling me that the guy was on his way. Then a few minutes later I get a call tell me that his vehicle broke down and that he wasn't coming. I waited for 3 hours and wasted a Saturday morning waiting for these guys. They apologized and told me it was their intention to come but we know about intentions. BS. Don't use these guys they're horrible.

had an ultra knowledgeable tech (LEO, #5228) show up on time on a Saturday. He was on the roof (2nd story) within minutes and recharged our unit. also fixed a minor gas leak in the mechanical closet. he offered us a maintenance plan as well. this guy was very professional and worked quickly above and beyond what i expected. He will be our guy in the future, for sure..........BTW, he did smell good, just as advertised !

I have never written a review on yelp before but I was so disappointed with the service I received from Mike Diamond Services that I had to write this review. I called Mike Diamond and made an appointment for the next morning to have a plumber come to my house to unclog a drain. The next morning the plumber called me and said that he was at my house but because I have stairs (10 steps) and the drain line must be outside the house that he couldn't do the work. Now, when I made the appointment the night before none of these questions were asked. Did I have stairs? Where was the drain line located? I explained to him that my mother was sick and that I needed the drain unclogged. He didn't care. I was furious because of the time wasted. He didn't even offer to charge more to come up the stairs or offer any solutions. He simply said have a nice day sarcastically. Wow, what service. I listen daily to the advertisement on the radio for the ""smell good plumber"" and what excellent service they provide. What a crock. I called Roto Rooter within two hours a plumber was at my house and completed the work. No problems with stairs or drain location. The Roto Rooter plumber was polite and did the work professionally.

Don't use these guys. I used them years ago and they sold me a defective kitchen faucet for $300. The line was crimped.. I found out from another plumber years later. I was told I had low water pressure . They really over charge and are not good plumbers, at least the one I had.

most garbage service I've ever acquired in my life. I've never been given the runaround over a simple drain clean out so many times. I figured with their catchy radio commercials and smell good plumber crap !!!! $99 is just a ploy to get them at your house. Then sell you on much bigger things. do not be fooled you could tell them the problem directly you could show it to them and they still will find a way to screw you around. it's amazing that their one star worth of service even on Yelp that they're still in business. I feel sorry for anyone that has any smarts to them that works there. Because by the looks of the ratings you all will be out of a job very soon. Do not hire their services. they do not know what they're doing the technicians are completely ignorant and their Staffing is the most rudest and ignorant people I've ever talked. they might have other locations but the one that Services Corona and maybe Riverside his way out of their league..long story short this message goes out for you mister Mike Diamond hire some new people they're giving you a streamly bad name and I just waited a week and a half for simple drain clean-out / camera and they couldn't even pull that off without any type of customer service with all their screw-ups.I have never dealt with for ignorance on phone callswith a company in my life and I've been around the block as a contractor one or two times.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Over priced, bad attitudes. I talked to a plumber from another company that said they over charged us by thousands of dollRs for a broken pipe. And they were not willing to work with us, it was there and now or not at all. I would never recommendand will never go with mike diamond ever again

Big time gougers!

Over $500 to replace a Moen shower cartridge. Done on a holiday, less than an hour's work. Original quote was nearly $600.

Plumber was totally clueless and try to charge me $1000.00 for something simple. Called Rancho Heating and Air Plumbing and got the job done for $175.00.

Call their Main office and explained what happened, the person on the phone tried to tell me a song and dance on how everyone charges different. Charging 5 X the amount will shut your business down quickly.

These clowns can't find their rear ends with both hands and still would try to charge you for it.

There are plenty of honest reliable plumbers around, not this company.

Wow!!! The worst customer service in the world. I should of checked yelp before calling but anyways this place is the biggest rip off but in the world and are taking advantage of people left and right!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Save your number and hire some1 local. I'm always a big fan of small owned family businesses! People that actually care about there company unlike this scum bag who ripped me off hundreds of Dollars!!!!! Complete liars!! They were telling me stuff needed to be fixed that wasn't even bad!! Complete scammers!!!
