Contacted him at 11 a.m. on a Friday about various sprinkler heads needing repair/replacement. He suggested 4 p.m. same day. He called and arrived early with himself and two assistants. He listened carefully, then provided excellent advice. At my request he also evaluated a zone that wasn't working well and that he thought might have a leak. He determined it did not have a leak, but simply needed micro-sprayer heads because of the many heads on the zone. That resolved it. Price seemed fair and reasonable to me. He was done in an hour or so. This is a sole proprietorship in which the boss is the lead worker. I'll certainly use them again should further problems arise.

Awesome service. Miguel responded promptly and came over that afternoon. We had some construction going on and the sprinkler wires had been damaged. Miguel and his guys came back as scheduled and within a few hours everything was back working. They remounted the controller and ran the new wires in conduit. A thoroughly professional job.

Outstanding service! I called Miguel at around 11:00 in the morning for a small irrigation repair issue, and it was fixed by 2:20 on the same day after he worked on it for about 10 minutes. Completely reasonable. I asked him what I owe him, and he said ""oh, whatever you want, it was just a small job"", so I gave him $30 for his time, and we called it a day. Highly recommended!

Friday night before going to bed, we realized one of our sprinklers was still on. We tried the usual things and ended up turning off the water main at the street. I filled out a service request with Miguel at his web site before going to sleep. He responded by email at 7:30am on Saturday and was at our house by 9. He fixed the sprinkler, check all the others, and turned our water back on by 10. I was very happy with the entire experience...

I called during the holiday season. I thought that I could leave a voice message. I was surprised that I could talk with Miguel and could make an appointment. very responsive even in holiday season. The actual work is after the holiday, they called me ahead and said could arrive before the appointment time, which was nice, so i did not have to wait.
