Miguel answered the phone our first call and came out the same day to inspect our broken sprinkler system. He was able to tell what the problem was immediately and did a quick fix to tie us over until the big repair. Our system wasn't hooked up properly and required digging up, replacement of filters and valves. He's a busy man, but was able to get us fit in within a week on a Saturday. I called Miguel based on the excellent reviews I read on Yelp. Although he was very busy he agreed to come out and give me an estimate late on a Wednesday after he had completed other work. I felt the estimate was fair given the amount of work his team would have to do in order to bring water to an area that had been cut off during another project. His team came early on July 4th and worked all day to complete the job. The system is now working perfectly thanks to their efforts. I needed an expert Sprinkler repair person to assess our 20 year old sprinkler system. Miguel's team had worked at a neighbors house a few months ago and my wife got his card.
He was prompt when he agreed to meet, examined the multiple zones, and gave me a price to update the system, as well as an appraisal as to what he thought would improve the system. There were invasive tree roots that had damaged the system in one zone, the city water supply was delivering more pressure than the system could handle, (as heads had been popping off for years) and he installed a pressure regulator to set the water pressure at its optimum.
Yes, it needed some work.
He quoted pricing in two phases, what needs were necessary, and what improvements were needed.
His crew were hard working and polite, and they arrive well stocked with lots of spare parts without running back and forth to the store.

We had a broken valve on a sprinkler that all of a sudden stopped working and water kept flowing. We tried to shut off the main water line out by the street but it was full of water.
