Our landlord had us call Trinidad when our toilet stopped working. He and another gentlemen came, assessed the situation and ended up having to replace the entire toilet.
Trinidad provides excellent service, was very professional, trustworthy and honest which is extremely important. He even went above and beyond and fixed a seperate issue (at no extra cost) in the kitchen that we didn't mention to him but he noticed on his own when trying to use the sink.
He knows his stuff and we highly recommend Mighty Plumbing!

Trinidad saved my sink and my disposal. It looked like a soda can top got lodged in the side of the disposal and he managed to remove it and save the disposal before it was permanently destroyed... he was super attentive and professional and cleaned up before he left.. very grateful. I am the Property Manager for an SRO in San Francisco and we had been having ongoing issues with our building prior to my arrival. My assistant suggested I give Trinidad a call since he was familiar with the problems in the building. Upon meeting Trinidad I was impressed with his professionalism, the way he was able to relay the problems to me in layman's terms so I could clearly understand and forward that information on to the owners, and what a genuinely nice man he is. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anybody who is having tough issues with their plumbing that other plumbers might not want to tackle. Poor communicators, sloppy expectation setting and somewhat unprofessional. I requested an estimate after a home visit - was given a 2 hour window from 8:30-10:30am.

The morning of, I called at 8:30 just to get a sense of when they would show to plan my workday. I was first told 8:45. After no sight at 9, I called again. I was told they were on the way and would be there by 9:15. At 9:30 with no sign, I called yet again. They said they'd get a hold of the field tech and call me back. Never did, apparently couldn't get a hold of him this time around.

In the meanwhile the tech finally calls at 9:45 and we then figure out he's wound up at the wrong address halfway around town. I finally call the office and give up. No apology for the multiple misses.

Nice. I guess I'll have to work with someone else - if this is the start of the business relationship I'd worry about what will happen once they actually start doing work. No thanks.

Great work and excellent service. We already had a few different contractors look at a leak from bathtub. Trinidad was able to quickly identify the problem and get the special parts we needed to fix our tub. Jonathan and the other guys from Mighty Plumbing were right, professional and friendly. Their final work looks great and they fixed our tub in a couple of hours. I highly recommend hiring Mighty Plumbing for a job you need to get done in a professional and timely manner.

Triniadad is very professional but he is also a very pleasant, personable and trustworthy person to work with. He explains in detail what to expect and gives fair estimates. His employees are very trustworthy as well.

Our home (which was built in 1918) has needed plumbing repairs and maintenance on several occasions and we have been very pleased with his service and the skills of his employees, especially Jonathan. We have also had additional repairs & upgrades that they have helped us with like; a new cement slab, building our greenhouse and most recently removing and installing our bath tub. This was not an easy job in an almost 100 year old house.

We previously referred Triniadad to our next door neighbor of 20 years who needed extensive plumbing repairs for a water pipe burst in her garage leading to the streets. They did an excellent job at her home as well.
