Like a good consumer I got a couple estimates for a busted tankless water heater. The solution from the other two plumbers was ""replace"" the whole unit. And a $2000-$3000 job.

Trinidad was the last to come through and the only one of them to actually look for and diagnose the specific problem. This should be the rule and not the exception. And with Mighty Plumbing it was the rule. Trinidad painstakingly diagnosed the problem. Ordered one part. Replaced that part. In so doing he repaired my existing water heater for less than $500, closer to $400 actually and therefor saved me around $2000. Mighty Plumbing conducts its business with the customer in mind and a level of integrity that seems more and more rare.

Under no circumstances should anyone in need of a plumber rely on Mighty Plumbing for service. Unless you are interested in a plumber who is dishonest, unreliable, misleading, and has no professional ethics or integrity, take your business elsewhere.
For over 3 weeks we worked with Trinidad Gomez to perform a relatively simple task on a bathtub, which required penetrating the ceiling of a unit directly below. After getting all parties in sync and lined up, including the tenant who was to move in after the completion of work, Mr. Gomez disappeared hours before he was to start. He then refused to respond to calls, texts and emails.
Mr. Gomez is precisely the type of person you DON'T want working on your property.

I can heartily recommend Mighty Plumbing for residential work. Trinidad and Jesus did a small project to clean up a bathroom sink and shower. Both my contractor and I were impressed with their knowledge, communication and demeanor - the contractor was doing other work around the cottage so they were interacting quite a bit.
Trinidad was very informative and upfront about the work, possible complications and timetable. I received a quote the day after the site visit and they started the project about a week after I accepted their contract. We were in pretty regular communication which was great.
They quickly discovered some issues with the kitchen plumbing that impacted their work, so we discussed the impacts, tradeoffs and pricing.

Our landlord had us call Trinidad when our toilet stopped working. He and another gentlemen came, assessed the situation and ended up having to replace the entire toilet.
Trinidad provides excellent service, was very professional, trustworthy and honest which is extremely important. He even went above and beyond and fixed a seperate issue (at no extra cost) in the kitchen that we didn't mention to him but he noticed on his own when trying to use the sink.
He knows his stuff and we highly recommend Mighty Plumbing!

Trinidad saved my sink and my disposal. It looked like a soda can top got lodged in the side of the disposal and he managed to remove it and save the disposal before it was permanently destroyed... he was super attentive and professional and cleaned up before he left.. very grateful. My assistant suggested I give Trinidad a call since he was familiar with the problems in the building. Upon meeting Trinidad I was impressed with his professionalism, the way he was able to relay the problems to me in layman's terms so I could clearly understand and forward that information on to the owners, and what a genuinely nice man he is.
