I've used MMP 2x or 3x. Very responsive. Very fair pricing. I can't say how fast they are, because it's never been an emergency. But they have always responded quickly and let me know exactly what their timing restraints might be. I can work with that. What I can't work with is someone who doesn't communicate. MMP is not that. You'll know what's up. I will call them again.

I've contacted Mighty Mike Plumbing a couple of times now for different plumbing needs. Mike was great the first time around, he even came back immediately to make a repair after his initial service. Very professional, responsive, worked with my schedule in the middle of winter, and took the time to explain the problem. I had a separate issue a year or two later and his employees came out on the day I requested- very professional service. They took their time to conduct a thorough inspection for a leak and provided repair where they saw necessary which ended up fixing the problem.
