Mike answered his phone when I called! He was able to come to my house the next day. What I liked the most was that he seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Manny came to the house to investigate the problem and he was able to fix it quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and I will definitely call them again. Reached out on a weekend evening via Yelp because they said they do emergency services. I got a quick response saying they'd be available the following morning at 10am and to text them directly. I did so right away and asked if they wanted more information or photos. I never got a response, including when I texted the following morning at 10am to inquire if still available. I don't fault anyone for decisions to take business on a weekend or if they want to take a job or not, but I do expect a response once initiated because it affects wether I'm looking for an alternative.
