Way too expensive. My fridge was leaking from the water valve where the hookup is. They came out and gave me a quote of $620.00 - that is with a 10% discount. I said no way would I pay that much. I called my appliance repairman and he gave me the name of Don's Plumbing. It cost me $109.00. Do not use them - they overcharge!!!

DO NOT USE GOR YOUR A/C OR HEATING INSTALLATION. They installed a new A/C and Heating unit in my condo 0n 3/30/18. The county electrical inspector disconnected and RED Tagged the unit as improper and unsafe to use. This company did not attach any ground wires to the unit and then installed an over powered fuse to the unit. This company claims 24 hour service...that is pure and simply not true...After 5 pm you will get an answering service that takes a message and says they will call un the morning. That is not being open 24 hours. I zm sorry I gave this FAKE AC Company my money and many referrala over the past few weeks. If you want to put your personal property and family at risk then this is the company for you.

I had Midway Services come out due to one outdoor outlet that was not working. The outlet had been installed by Midway less than 15 months prior. The first problem came when I was told that it was not within the 2 year warranty period. After a math lesson and a second phone call to the office I was told that because their records were not clear they couldn't guarantee that was the outlet they replaced. After more discussion, they reluctantly agreed to honor the warranty. The tech, who told me he had only been doing this for 4 months, spent over an hour walking around my house in and out and climbing through my attic only to tell me that now he found multiple outlets that were not functioning. He said it was a more serious problem and he needed to come back another time with another tech. I couldn't understand why one outlet turned into a major electrical problem so I expressed my disbelief. After extended discussion, he asked if the outlets had switches. Amazingly within 30 seconds my major electrical problem disappeared and he was able to fix the one outlet that originally didn't work. Would have all been funny except he told me I owed him $199 because he fixed the """"major electrical problem"""".

I called midway to repair the faucet in my bathtub.The job took less then 10 minutes and he charged me $260 to replace the faucet with cheap brand that broke 3 weeks later.He spent more time checking out my collectibles then he did actually working.The service was mediocre at best and the price was outrageous.The part on the faucet was the lift lever for the shower and it snapped off from corrosion in a short time.I asked about the price and he said that was standard.I will not use them again nor would I ever recommend them to anybody.

First job I had done with Midway was flawless and the technician amazing, professional, knowledgable, punctual. I decided to call again for another job, a simple job of changing our Polybutylene supply lines...easy work for 10 of them in my home. This is a job that doesn't require breaking ground or anything difficult...it is simple exchanging hoses and putting in stainless, braided supply lines. They gave me an estimate of $650!!! When I asked the service man how he got to that number (price) he could not explain. I refused the work...he had the audacity to tell me as he was leaving, """"This price is only good while we are here"""". Can you believe these people? Cheating people every day! So the manager calls me and tried to make it right and while courteous, still gave me a quote of $450! When I asked him if $650 was fair for such a simple job, he said YES! This is an inexpensive and quick job. I am a single mother of 3 small children...This company is disgusting. They are crazy to underestimate the customer! This is the first negative review I write in my life. I felt compelled to write this because it was a blatant attempt to take advantage of me. Stay away from these thieves. I hope this helps someone.

Terrible. Started with a service call, after about an hour of being at my home. Tech gave a bill of $600 give or take, but offered a service plan and that would reduce the rate to $475. I took the lower bill. Use the service plan, and the tech came out. Not sure what they did. After realizing literally nothing was done, I called to complain. They sent out a tech on 8/4/17. The tech seemed to actually do something, and system was a ok. Monday 8/14/17 I arrived home to find the A/C leaking, which has caused substantial damage to my wood floors. Called Midway around 6:30pm. They couldnt have any techs come out and qoute """"understood my frustration"""" I wouldnt use them for any service, period. Just another multiple tiered company, always upselling but not doing honest buisness

I called at 11:30 to have plumbing work done. They said they could come by today and would be here by 5. At 5pm I had to call them only to find out the plumber would not be here until 6:30 at the earliest. If the Rep on the phone had been honest with me about the days work load I would have booked another day. Instead they cram me into the schedule and can't deliver. Midway is very disrespectful of their customers time. I will not be calling them again and I will not recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I recently wrote an very poor review of Midway due to our last service experience. Since my initial complaint call their customer service manager contacted me to discuss my issues and bottom line is she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the resolution. We have been a client for many, many years and they proved to us that our business was important to them. We were generously compensated and rewarded for our years as a client, so the problem was not only corrected but we honestly stand firm with using Midway for all our HVAC services in the future and highly recommend them to all homeowners. They just didn't talk the talk - they took action and we are thrilled! Thank you very much.
