Called with an electrical issue. They were very responsive and sent out an electrician that day. Called an hour before the electrician would come as a heads up. Kevin was personable, took the time to explain the issue, and even helped me with an extra project that I had. The initial troubleshooting cost was a bit high, but the other charges were competitive. I will definitely call them again!

I called Midway Services (actually I was calling Saul Plumbing but the answering service went to Midway). I called at 430 PM Sunday because a pipe was spewing water under my sink. I was able to almost but not quite shut off the valve outside. They said someone would call within about 1/2 hour. After 1/2 hour without hearing anything I started calling every 15 min. and was assured each time that they were sending the tech another voice mail. At 7PM I told them to forget it. Someone had been able to shut off the water under the sink so I could turn the rest of the water on. I don't know if there really was a tech or not but if there was no voice mail was responded to by him or her. I certainly will not call Midway again. Despite their numerous TV ads saying 24 hour service, obviously there is not. Alice Smith

As a previous customer I called with a plumbing emergency and after nearly 2 hours they called back and could not reach their technician and told me to call someone else. They claim 24 Hr available but were unable to deliver. There is no way to give zero stars but that's what this was.

They STINK! My air conditioner broke and they sent out two guys that were so creepy! They wanted to charge me $549 for 6 pounds of freon and $277 for a broken switch just to get the air on. They then told me I have a leak and too look for it would cost at least another $450 to find it but they felt, without looking, that I had many pinhole leaks and should just get an new unit. How much we asked - the answer was between $7000-$10000. My condo is only 1400 square feet. After some haggling THEY SAID IF I BOUGHT IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE I could get it for $5746. I was so upset and he offered me financing! So I called another place with honest repair people!

Had 2 bathroom faucets replaced and they charged me about $1,100! I questioned the bill with the main office and had $400 refunded. Very expensive and won't deal with them again.

After a relationship for various services over a number of years, I call Friday to make an electrician appointment for Monday. The customer service took my name and information and created an appointment for Monday from 8 am to 10 am. I schedule a day off to be available when they arrived at 8. At 8 a.m. the phone rings and it's the dispatcher saying no technicians are available may we reschedule for Wednesday? As a customer I sense some kind of a disconnect there. Otherwise, the techs are courteous and knowledgeable. I don't mind paying more for that kind of service, but unless they can get the above described situation corrected I won't be back.

We were very happy for Midway sending out electrician Jeremy the same day we called. He was thorough and when the part we bought for the ceiling fan turned out to be faulty, he went through the hassle of rebuilding the broken 3 way switch. Could not have been more pleased.

I was charged $382 by Midway Services to troubleshoot a breaker box. He was here less than15 minutes and told me to call Duke Power to replace bad transformer. While I understand that a service call fee is reasonable, $382 is outrageous. I would never recommend calling them for service again.

This company are thieves, They qouted me $800 - $1700 to change out a bathtub fixture. They tried to explain that I needed to tear out the wall, redo the plumbing, then retile the wall. After simmering down, i politely told them to leave and called Axcel Plumbing. Axcel Plumbing is the best. call them @ 727-267-0654. Tim Trojnar

I hope I have never to do business again with these people, what a rip off in order to cancel the account. Not only that their water meter fees are insane as they never go precise. With me you have a big fat zero. To pay 111 dollars just to close an account that wasn't even past due.
