I had hired Jon and his colleague to do a plumbing project at my house. Though in my opinion, the quoted price for the plumbing job was a bit on the higher end, I hired him anyway because of the good reviews he got.

He was very professional with the work and although there was a hiccup during the job he made it right. I am overall satisfied with his work and professionalism. Thanks Jon.

Jonathan and his companion Juan got my restroom shower valve replaced a lot faster than what was predicted during the quote. Everything came out so clean that you couldn't even tell that work was performed other than the shower valve being new and now working properly without leaking. I highly recommend them 10/10

Save yourself don't use them. If I can put a zero rating I would. After we paid them, they didn't finish the job and left the work area a mess and dirty. We hired them because our main water line was leaking. And that was the only job we needed them to do. They said they can fix our sprinkler system which we haven't really used since we just move into our house for a little cost they said ""so that we can start using it"". So we agreed and my husband paid for the service already. Now they said they need to come back because they need to fabricate a part. And didn't come back after 2 weeks. And then they just show up to our door without any kind of notice that they're coming when we are just about to leave to go for an important appointment. So we had to reschedule for the next week. Guess what? It took them 2 weeks before they came back. So I thought they were gonna finish the job. And they said they had to run to Home Depot for a part. They didn't come back. A lot of text messages and calls were made in between the process. This is just very unprofessional. They don't respond well. We can't keep chasing them forever. And up until now the job is not yet done. Don't use this company!!!

Update: Since I posted this review they reached out to complete the job the next day. Job is done I guess. But still a terrible experience for me.

I had a leaking shower faucet. Jonathan was able to help fix it to where it doesn't leak anymore. No more wasting water. Definitely recommended.

If you're looking for an honest company that is locally owned and operated with wonderful customer service Mid Valley Rooters is it! Jonathan is very knowledgeable and will help you save where possible. I had a water heater issue and called him at 9:30pm and he came out first thing in the morning to work on it. Not only did he install a new unit he helped us understand how the unit worked and how to maintain it ourselves. We'd highly recommended Mid Valley Rooter Services.

Our tank water heater went out on us, and my husband and I wanted to replace it with tankless instead. We purchased our own tankless water heater from Lowes due to time constraints and money, and then he and his team installed it. We were very happy with the results and customer service provided. I would definitely recommend them.

Jonathan means well as a plumber, and he's licensed. But, he does not follow through on his agreements, appointments, nor does he do complete work. After fiddling around with my tub and shower, he basically gave up on fixing things and stopped returning my messages and calls. I have had to find a new plumber to fix the things he left incomplete and to fix the original problems.

Although he appears to have done a decent job on my new tankless water heater, all the other work was left incomplete. It seems like he prefers to do rough plumbing instead of finish work.

I cannot recommend him as a plumber. The experience has been bad for me and I overpaid for the work done. I paid well over $4000 to him, and I don't even have reliable hot water.

My toilets and shower clogged up and for three days I was unable to use them. I got in touch with Mid Valley Rooter Services and Jonathan came to the rescue. He looked at the problem and gave me a quote which he honored. That in itself was remarkable these days, as I have been given quotes before and then charged above that due to a long list of ""extras"" added to the original quote. This was not the case with Mid Valley Rooter Service. Jonathan dug a hole, replaced the pipe that was the cause of the problem, and got everything flowing again. He also took a look at my kitchen sink and fixed it as well. I guess you could say he fixed everything, including the kitchen sink. Much respect for Jonathan, a hard worker in the heat of the day, who was masked up each time we needed to speak, and let me know what was going on each step of the way. Anytime I ever have another plumbing problem, Mid Valley will get my call and Jonathan will be the man I request. A very impressive service. Highly recommended.

We had the worst quality of work with this company. Jonathan the owner is a fast talker and likes to talk about how he is certified and licensed but he lacks quality of work and promise to complete everything he quotes you for the job. I would not recommend his service to anyone! who is truly looking for a quality plumber that will not only get the job done right but will also clean up after the job is complete and do everything he promises to do in estimate. Customers work too hard for their money to get ripped off by small businesses like this and people like Jonathan. Please go and hire a real plumber!
