Be very careful. I am not sure how this company has such high rating. We had them help on a project during a water mitigation. He was repairing a slab leak and I cannot believe there are licensed. He mounted the pipe to the cabinets that were being removed, and he knew this. He also left the pipe exposed and didn't even concrete anything properly. The work that was done is completely trash and they did not deserve to be paid. They took advantage of the homeowner who didn't know any better. The homeowner is going to pursue his money back and put in a complaint in regards to the work Johnathan provided. We confronted the owner Johnathan about his terrible work and he refused to take responsibility for his huge costly mistakes. CSLB will be hearing about him.

It is fair to give an update. After 13 days, Jonathon finally called me to clarify his work done, and to ensure that I would receive my detailed invoice which would honor my 1 yr warranty. He then sent my detailed paid invoice.

We had our main drain line replaced. They came one day to prepare to fix our drain line but the worker left said he would return and didn't. He left his equipment and broken canopy in our lawn for days. The entire repair became too expensive. He gave us an estimate and the final price was almost doubled the original estimate. While the repair happened the sprinkler system was broken by a the repair man and was never replaced. It would have been nice for them to accept responsibility and replace the broken sprinkler line but it cost us more money to replace the sprinkler system.

Dishonest and doesn't complete the work promised. I would not recommend this company already over a year and work is not finished with the permits signed by the city .

I thought I had a broken sewer line so I called Mid Valley based on the good reviews. I was not disappointed. Jonathan came the same day and quickly determined that it was simply some broken abandoned sprinklers that I didn't even realize were there. Even after finding the broken sprinklers, he made sure to check several other things just to be sure. I was so relieved to find it was a simple repair. And I commend him for being so honest. A rarity these days. He could have easily charged me for a new sewer line and I would have never known the difference. This was only the 2nd time I've had to call them, but I will never call anyone else. They are simply the best in every way!

I had an issue with my hot water heater and I called and left a message with this company after 5:30pm. My call was returned within 20 mins. They came by that night to check out the issue. I ended up having to replace my water heater and they came out the next morning at 8am and were done around 10am. Thank you so much for all your help! If you have an issue you should really call these guys!

I had hired Jon and his colleague to do a plumbing project at my house. Though in my opinion, the quoted price for the plumbing job was a bit on the higher end, I hired him anyway because of the good reviews he got.

He was very professional with the work and although there was a hiccup during the job he made it right. I am overall satisfied with his work and professionalism. Thanks Jon.

Jonathan and his companion Juan got my restroom shower valve replaced a lot faster than what was predicted during the quote. Everything came out so clean that you couldn't even tell that work was performed other than the shower valve being new and now working properly without leaking. I highly recommend them 10/10

Save yourself don't use them. If I can put a zero rating I would. After we paid them, they didn't finish the job and left the work area a mess and dirty. We hired them because our main water line was leaking. And that was the only job we needed them to do. They said they can fix our sprinkler system which we haven't really used since we just move into our house for a little cost they said ""so that we can start using it"". So we agreed and my husband paid for the service already. Now they said they need to come back because they need to fabricate a part. And didn't come back after 2 weeks. And then they just show up to our door without any kind of notice that they're coming when we are just about to leave to go for an important appointment. So we had to reschedule for the next week. Guess what? It took them 2 weeks before they came back. So I thought they were gonna finish the job. And they said they had to run to Home Depot for a part. They didn't come back. A lot of text messages and calls were made in between the process. This is just very unprofessional. They don't respond well. We can't keep chasing them forever. And up until now the job is not yet done. Don't use this company!!!

Update: Since I posted this review they reached out to complete the job the next day. Job is done I guess. But still a terrible experience for me.

I never do reviews but this company was quick to assist and provided excellent customer service while standing by their initial price without surprises. Highly recommended!
