Our kitchen sink went crazy the night of Thanksgiving. First thing Friday morning I searched for plumbing help. There is a reason why Michaels Master Plumbing has a 5 STAR rating. We talked over the phone, exchanged a couple of texts and photos, and the problem was expertly diagnosed. This is by far, the best plumbing team in Texas. Lucky me, Michael came out to our house and in a flash, the problem was fixed. I learned more about kitchen sink plumbing in 15 minutes than I'll ever learn. This man, company, complete the gamut of praise: HONEST, smart, quick to know what to do, thorough. Are you sure I can't provide more than 5 stars? This is AAA service, quality workmanship, and most of all an answer to a prayer.

Prayers were answered. What an archangel Michael is! We had an emergency and Michael answered his phone at 7:46am in the morning. He sent Matt and Justin who were so pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. They unclogged the sewer line post haste and answered all our questions. Their price was also quite fair. There are no words to explain our appreciation for these Earth Angels. Highly recommend!

Once again, Michael's Master Plumbing came through with efficiency and HONESTY. This time it was Matt and his helper who came out and did a fantastic job replacing a previously very poorly installed commode as well as fixing a fill problem on another. They were on time, got the job done for a reasonable price, and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves when they were through. I've used Michael's Master Plumbing for a variety of plumbing jobs, inside and out, for the last 5 years and am so happy with their service and integrity.

Absolutely horrible and frustrating experience. Spoke with Michael over the phone a week ago and explained i wanted to get two leaky faucets fixed, install a new water filter under kitchen sink, and install a new water heater. He asked me to txt him some faucet pictures and he would txt me an estimate. I received the txt with the estimate but when I tried to call him back to book a date, my calls mysteriously/suddenly went to his voicemail. I sent him a couple of txt messages but no reply. I tried calling the following day at different times but same problem - my call goes straight to voicemail. I called from a different phone number and he picked up instantly. I brushed off the initial red flag and booked an appointment. Txted him my address and asked for a confirmation. He Ignored subsequent txt messages and voicemails for things as simple as scheduling and confirming the appointment is still on schedule. The day of the appointment he was a no-show and company wasted my entire day. When I called to find out what was going on, my call continued to mysteriously/suddenly go to voicemail. When he finally responded (apparently I had to call from yet a different phone number that he didn't recognize), he responded instantly and said he would call me back in 10min to confirm the new scheduling. Never called back. If you don't want someone's business or discriminate against people because of their perceived ethnicity from their voice over the phone or any other irrational dimension that you can glean from talking 5 minutes to someone over the phone (really sad mindset for this day and age), at least just say you're not interested in their business or say you're too busy or whatever - no need to waste people's time. Their unprofessionalism has now delayed my plumbing repairs by at least one week.

Michael Wallace and his team are the BEST around. He and his team are top notch, seriously, don't bother calling anyone else. Our search for an HONEST, reasonable, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and personable plumbing company has come to an end.

Long story short, my husband and I reached out to Michael earlier this year for what we thought was a plumbing issue (turned out that it wasn't but Michael was kind enough to tell us what type of company to contact for our issue). During that conversation we mentioned that we needed foundation work done and he told us to be wary of the plumbers that foundation companies work with. He said that they will likely fail us for one of the plumbing tests and if they do, to reach out to him for a second opinion.

Fast forward, we had the foundation work done and sure enough, just as Michael had predicted, we failed one of the plumbing tests. The plumbing company associated with the foundation company quoted us $450 for a plumber to come out just to locate the leak. WTF? I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called another plumbing company just to see what their price was for someone to come out to locate a leak and they gave us an estimate of only $200. Now we were fully aware that we were being taken advantage of by the associated plumbing company. Screw that and screw them, too.

We called Michael and let him know we failed a plumbing test. He said "Of course you did. What's your address?" Gave him our address and I'm not even kidding when I say he got here super fast. It went something like "here's our address..." and then 30 minutes later our doorbell rings and there was Michael and Phillip, our new favorite people! I'd like to mention that Phillip was already busy at work testing our water pressure (this is what we failed).

Both gentlemen were very professional and they really know their stuff. I gave them a copy of the failed plumbing test and they checked it out. Told us what the other company did wrong during the test and even took time to explain everything they did. Very thorough, very reliable, very knowledgeable, I can just go on and on about Michael and Phillip. My husband and I are both very appreciative of their time and coming out to do a water pressure test so quickly.

We cannot recommend them enough. Give Michael and his team a call, you will not regret it.

These guys are the best plumbers around. When you call and talk to Michael he will always take the time to listen to your issue and explain over the phone what the problem probably is. Then, he'll tell you how you could do it yourself and tell you everything you'd need. Basically giving you the choice and the knowledge of how you could do it yourself or letting you know how much it would cost for them to do it. Their prices are fair, and the quality of their work is great. I had a water pipe burst between the house and the street, got my toilets replaced with them, and some other minor work done with them.

I really can't recommend them enough. Fantastic people, high quality work, really fair pricing.

My toilet was cracked in the back and leaking all over the bathroom. Called Michaels and they provided same day service. My toilet was replaced fast and they showed up on time. The tech was super friendly and left no mess. Couldn't be happier with them 10/10 will use again.

Following my initial review the business owner sent a reply that included the following verbatim:

This was a mis-communication issue on our end which we apologize for / a customer who would leave a negative review without talking to us is our good fortune as to his weak personality..." The remainder was cutoff and i couldn't read it.

This is no way to run a business. What the owner leaves out is that after he hung up on me I immediately called back and left a voice mail complaining about what happened and requesting that somebody call me back or else I would post a negative review. No one called back.

This morning my wife called attempting to smooth things over and the owner denied the facts about what happened and complained that I posted a negative review. Then I called and left a voice mail stating it was silly to prolong this unfortunate misunderstanding and that if he called me back I would edit the review to be 5 stars just based on the previous outstanding work he had done for us. Instead of calling me (i.e. a loyal returning customer) back and accepting the olive branch I had offered, he instead sends a reply personally insulting me.

I will refrain from posting a personal insult of my own as a reply. Instead I will let the owner's actions speak for themselves. My offer still stands, however, and I will gladly edit this review accordingly and remove any negative information if the owner decides to contact me.

We were in the process of selling our home and the inspector said he thought he could smell gas. We found out at 7 PM and I quickly called Michael's Master Plumbing at 8:00 PM. Within 30 minutes, Michael had responded letting us know they would be there the next day at lunch time.

Michael's guys showed up on time and were quickly able to identify that there was no gas leak. I was incredibly grateful and impressed by the quick service and professionalism they all exhibited. Not only that, but they would not accept any payment for their time, no matter how much I tried.

Any time we ever have any sort of plumbing issues (we will be staying in the Allen/McKinney area), I will always call Michael and his team from here on out. What a great company and true professionals!
