FALSE PROMISES AND IMMATURITY

I called Michael this Tuesday discussing how worried I was about another plumber costing me too much due to their being recommended by a foundation company. I described the situation and he agreed that a scam could be possible and he said he'd show up on Thursday at 9am. I felt so at ease after talking to him, however 9am a guy showed up who didn't know what he was even there for who wasn't Michael, telling us Michael himself had forgotten what he was requested for. So the guy left, I called Michael again after some hours, asking him what he could do, since he had promised he'd fix the situation on Thursday. Over the phone he was incredibly considerate, apologized for the guy not helping, said he'd come over later and asked us to send what the other plumbing company had sent.

We covered the quoted price from the other plumbing company and he accused us of not trusting him? Then pulled back and wasted our time since we had taken off of work for him that day. Nothing was fixed, incredibly reassuring over the phone, if he could have just shown up as well as he talked we would have been happy. Just felt he was inconsiderate, then accused us of lying? If you overpromised just say that next time, incredibly immature. Disappointed to even write this review...

I've hired them for years for all my plumbing work. I don't even bother calling anyone else. Their prices are reasonable and they are trustworthy; won't overcharge or upcharge you.

I've had them replace toilets, install sinks, and replace spigots. Michael even gave me some advice and checked on a few things for me during my renovation without me soliciting his opinion for help. I could tell he cares deeply about his customers and business reputation.

Initially used Michael's Master Plumbing in October 0f 2023. Had a water heater that was working fine but it was entering the "I wonder when it will go out" phase. Knowing when it happens I would be seeing water coming through the ceiling and no doubt it would be during a holiday with house full of guest. Checked the reviews and called Michael. They quoted a price, gave me a date and time they could do it. What a pleasant surpize when they showed up on the date and time they said they would; did great job installing and cleaning up; price was as they had quoted.

This week had an outside faucet that would not shut off. Called Michael's they again quoted a price, a time and date. Did work as stated at the price they stated. What a pleasure to work with professionals who obviously care about the realtionship with their customer.

Great service as always. We have used them since we had to change plumbers (more than 5 years ago). Unlike those previous plumbers, we have never needed to have them come back to fix an issue with their work (although they have helped me fix other plumber's work).

Michael has helped me out a few times in the past few years with home plumbing issues, installed toilet, faucets, fixed drips, etc. He came through once again today. He has a wide range of plumbing knowledge from small to very large jobs. Appreciate his availability, ability, and attitude. Called on Friday morning, they were able to come out and fix the toilet. Competitors wanted to wait until Saturday and Sunday and charge extra as an emergency fee. Super helpful, honest great company. Said what they were going to do and did what they said they were going to do. They will be my plumber for all future needs.

We have been continuously impressed with Michael's Master Plumbing. They are always prompt, courteous, fair and very honest. We have used them at our home and at my mother's home. They will never charge for something that you do not need. Today I had them out for an outdoor spigot that was not working. Turned out it was something we could fix ourselves. He told us where we could get the part and did not charge for the stop. This is why we will never use another plumber, regardless of whether the job is big or small. They are truly an anomaly in the plumbing world.
