We have been continuously impressed with Michael's Master Plumbing. They are always prompt, courteous, fair and very honest. We have used them at our home and at my mother's home. They will never charge for something that you do not need. Today I had them out for an outdoor spigot that was not working. Turned out it was something we could fix ourselves. He told us where we could get the part and did not charge for the stop. This is why we will never use another plumber, regardless of whether the job is big or small. They are truly an anomaly in the plumbing world.

I called Michael's to see if he could fix my kitchen faucet. We talked and he told me to pick out a new faucet and he would be able to install. I realized I did not need a new faucet but could order the parts needed for the repair. He told me to take a picture of my faucet and the parts and text him once they arrived. I sent the text and received no response. I called him the next day and he said he would go back to the office and check out my pictures and call me back within the hour. This was odd because I sent the pics to the number I was talking to him. Regardless, he never called me back.

He is a master plumber and is regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. We have used Michael for years and he has never disappointed. He has serviced our home with as little as a valve for a toilet, replacing our hot water heater to replacing the main water line from the street into the house. This company is BEYOND THE BEST EVER!!! Freely share info and always always responsive - always fix the problem and do new installs too. They always call back-always show up when they say they will and can handle anything you throw at them. Fair pricing as well. They don't advertise and work by word of mouth. I do not recommend Michael's Master Plumbing!!!
I had a leak in the main waterline going to my house. I followed the recommendations on this page and called Michael's. Well it's several months later and the concrete patch across my driveway they filled after the repair was completed, is now sinking. I contacted Michael's and he informed me that he came out to look at it, talked to his concrete contractor and concluded it was my driveway causing the problem and not the repair. While he said there is rebar in it and I'm sure there is, the repair wasn't tied into the existing driveway. Now the patch is sinking and cracking. I reached out to Michael's to get the permit number and inspectors name and he won't answer me. He won't meet with me. He won't respond to me at all. He said it was inspected by the city, so what's the problem? Needless to say I will be having to get this replaced soon before I have more issues with the driveway. It's probably not worth it to go after him in court, so I'm writing this on this page so others might be aware and cautious of using this vendor. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Michael's Master Plumbing never fixed this problem nor did they ever stand up for their contractors work. I had a friend in highway construction help me fix it at my own cost, and it turns out that the contractor Michael's Master Plumbing used did not set the cross pieces of rebar connected to the rest of the driveway in far enough. They set them in less than 3/4 inch on each side. My friend told me that it was just enough to fool an inspector, but not enough to support the concrete in the driveway. It was a crap job that Michael's Master Plumbing subcontracted and when there was an issue, they were not ready to accept responsibility and ran away. I don't know about you but standing behind your work and being responsible is what should be expected. Again don't use this company or you may be sorry like I was.

Michael is my go to plumber. So far I have luckily only needed to call on him for routine maintenance like flushing hot water heaters and using an auger on a severely backed up toilet. He is friendly and professional. I love that I can text him directly instead of calling into a call center. Most honest and dependable plumber in Allen Texas!
