We found this business via recommendations posted on NextDoor. Due to the massive winter storm of Feb 2021 here in North Texas, like many others, we were affected with burst pipe. The next morning my hubby started calling around to plumbers, and as expected all hard to get lined up. Most he called either had full voicemail boxes, didn't answer or respond. Michael's was the exception--they responded right away and we were added to their appointment roster and waited our turn in the que for about a week. We were unsure the extent or exact location of our burst. Philip & Matt were the team that showed up today to address our damages. We were lucky that our damage was not in the wall behind our washer where we thought it was, and they were able to quickly identify the leak from an adjacent exterior pipe that in living in our home 25+ years we didn't even know existed! They were able to replace and bury that and add a shut-off valve. They ran a check with our meter to ensure no movement to indicate other possible leaks and made sure toilets flushed and hot water coming freely after turning water back on for the house. The team of Phillip & Matt were very professional, friendly and efficient and they explained everything that they did clearly. They arrived promptly (actually a little earlier than expected) and were here just under 2 hours--and the final cost was minimal compared to our insurance deductible and what a competitor might have charged.

I've actually called Michael's Master Plumbing twice, and both experiences were great. We've gone through other plumbers before but Michael's is the best. Honest, friendly, and on time. Pricing is also very fair.

The first time we worked with the company was when we had a backed up water line, which came at the worst time as we were expecting visitors that day. We called early in the morning and they came within an hour. The job took the entire day as digging and replacing were involved, on top of it being in the middle of August. They did the job well and we've haven't had problems since. The most recent service we've had was an issue with our kitchen sink. Again, they visited on the same day we called and fixed the issue in less than an hour.

Overall, we were very pleased with their work. On top of that, these guys were super friendly and nice to talk to, honest and clear about the job being done, and pricing was fair. I will only go to these guys for plumbing jobs for my house. Thanks!

I called Michael at 8:30 am and he was here by 9:30. This guy is the epitome of customer service. Fixed my hot water heaters (temporarily) until I can get new ones.
In this day of shady companies looking to take advantage at every turn, it nice to see someone like this. Highly recommend!!!

Michael was awesome. He react quick at my service and was able to fix my problem within 2 hrs si ce I called him. He was very nice to work with and even give me many advises. At the end the cost was less of what he originally estimates. Very honest person

I had a minor plumbing emergency that forced me to switch off my water main. Keeping a family of four trapped inside with no water is a pretty good definition of untenable, and my 'usual' plumber couldn't get out until late the next day.

Michael arrived within two hours of my calling. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, and really went above with his service. The other guy just lost my business forever. I have a new go-to for any plumbing needs.

With a toilet that clogged to hell and refused to unclog forever even with a plunger and a snake and 2 full bottles of so-called drain unclogging solutions, Michael came to our rescue and was able to finish the job in under 5 minutes! I emailed him at 8 am; he was at our home by 10, fixed the problem and was out by 1015 :D it was 59$ well spent for sure! Will surely recommend and use his services in future.

My main water pipe broke and I had an initial estimate of over 5k to fix it. Not only that, but I had to pay $65 for the plumber (not Michael) to come out to even give me that estimate. Thank goodness, I found Michael and he said he would come out and give me an estimate for free. He ended up charging me less than half of the initial estimate. He did a good job and had it all done within a couple days. I liked how he let me see the copper piping and got my approval before covering it up with all the dirt in my yard. I regret wasting my time and money with that other company, but live and learn.
