We had a clogged kitchen sink, and I called Michael after reading the Yelp reviews.

He was available on short notice and came over later that day to look at our sink. Great communication, really reasonable rates, and he's fun and personable! It took him a little over an hour, and then he chatted with us on our porch while he wrote up the invoice. Later he followed up with a thank-you post card!

Lovely experience getting a leaky water heater fixed this morning! I texted Michael and got a very prompt response back and in less than an hour he came and fixed the problem. Very professional, courteous and gracious. Lives locally and is available on short notice. Reasonably priced. Can't recommend him enough!

Just want to add my good review to this site. Michael was very prompt in getting back to me via text. I texted my issues in some detail and he responded with pictures that corresponded to my perceived issues. Stopped by the next day, ended up suggesting I do nothing (it turned out to be a minor issue) and didn't charge me even though he spent 20 minutes of his Friday afternoon giving me advice. Will definitely text him in the future!

Mike the plumber came a few months ago. He texted back to me right away, and was available pretty quickly to come over.

He found the problem really easily, showed me what it was, explained it all, and was just a really great, affable guy.

A thank you note from a plumber. - A few weeks ago we were in dire need of help, when our regular guy said he would come, but ended up flaking both in showing up, and in letting us know that he wasn't comingg, causing us to wait around all day for nothing. -- Enter Michael Your Plumber to the rescue! --

We found Michael here on yelp, called him and left a voicemail. He called back the same day, and was able to squeeze us into his schedule. - He arrived *on time*, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He walked me through the steps that I needed to learn so that I could fix the issue myself if it ever happened again. -- He charged a fair competitive rate for a service call, and all was taken care of. -- Zero drama, totally smart, efficient, and above all a *very* nice guy.

The images that you see are the front and back of a follow-up/thank you note that he sent. - Having worked in the business of training professional sales staff many years ago, I know well the art of keeping clients/customers. And I used to tell all of my employees to follow up with their clients by method of snail mail. I haven't seen an act like this for about a decade or so. The fact that Michael is 'old school' when it comes to courtesy and customer service has not gone unnoticed. - That he used a note card with Fellini's Amarcord on the front shows that he has impeccable taste.

Needless to say, our former plumber has been relived of his duties, and from here on out, we'll be using Michael for all of our plumbing needs.

Kind, honest, and gets the job done, even on short notice. We had an extremely stubborn toilet with a forward facing drain (makes it really difficult to get the auger through). Texted at 4 PM, he responded by 5:30, showed up at 5:45, and fixed our problem by 6. Gave us great advice on what to do if it happens again. Will definitely call him again for our plumbing issues!

Just adding to the deluge of other 5-star reviews. Michael is awesome. He will tell you what needs to be done, and what doesn't, and he will teach you how to do his job if you ask him. That is a sign of a guy who has plenty of work, because everyone knows he is awesome. And, it feels like you're robbing him, because his fees are so completely reasonable, even though you are panicking because sludge is bubbling up into your kitchen sink.
