Forgot to post this....
He told me he would take my old toilet tank and forgot.
Oh...you beautiful plumber! He came back a couple of days later and oh wow! Really? Who would do that?

He was amazing! Not only that but we saw him outside a restaurant and he was so nice....totally complimented my boyfriends attempt at fixing the problem.....and this was a couple of weeks later.

This guy is what everyone should strive for....whether you need a plumber or want to be one yourself. DAMN! :D

Michael is the best plumber around. He came out to fix the disposal and showed me how to fix it for the future and even gave me the wrench to do it (for free!!!). I will have him do all my plumbing from now on. He is patient and tells you everything you need to know.

100 year old house. 100 year old plumbing!...aye aye aye.....I called michael at 7:48pm on a Tuesday....by 1:23pm the next day the problem was GONE (thank you thank you thank you michael)

Called Michael just to replace my bathroom faucet. Very personable, reasonable and he got the job done. He doesn't usually answer his phone, because he's out and about working but text him and he will get back to you more quickly, I think.

I had two good experiences today with plumbers. Michael called after what must have been a very long day to walk me through my garbage disposal issue. It turned out I'd already gotten it fixed, but he was super kind and explained that there is a trick to getting it working again.

I really enjoyed speaking with him on the phone, the reviews about him feeling like a friend are completely true.

MIchael has installed two TOTO toilets and reinstalled an existing sink with a new fixture. As older plumbing goes, however, there was some extra work he had to do which required him to open up the wall and secure the water lines among other things. Still came under budget quoted from other contractors. His work is always impeccable and he is dependable, efficient, neat and has extremely reasonable rates. I even received a thank you note from him. Who does that anymore? Great guy to work with.

We used him last year to fix a leaky toilet. He was very polite and professional, and compared to some of the plumbers I've used in the past, very reasonable. To fix the leak, he actually removed the entire toilet, which is no easy feat. He replaced both the wax seal and the mounting screws, and then reinstalled the toilet. He was very careful to clean up the entire time. Now the toilet no longer leaks, and it is rock solid. He didn't take too much time at all. I'll definitely use him again for small plumbing jobs around the house.

Michael IS definitely my plumber! Courteous: Check. Professional: Check. Affordable: Triple check! He was a complete gentleman. And my kitchen garbage disposal is like new!!!! Weeeeeeeeee!!! My life is at peace. He's pretty darn witty to boot. I'd hire him again in a heart beat.
