Does he even need another review? Well, why not.

My ancient sink drain pipe decided to quit on a weekday evening. Sink flooded, general sadness and yuckiness. I started calling plumbers at 5 pm, four plumbers total. Michael was the first to get back to me, at 8:30 pm, and came the next day at noon. He cleaned out the drain pipe, which harbored a new life form, and modified the pipe so its crazy angle will not lead to more drain tragedies in the future. The price was very reasonable, and the work was great. Somehow, during this plumbing crisis, we managed to have an entertaining chat about a whole bunch of stuff. I am a happy person with a fabulous drain.

Mike is so amazing. I learned SO much when he came to unclog my sink that I almost wish my sink would clog again so I could try to fix it myself! We called Tuesday, he called us back that night and told us he could come Thursday. Normally, I wouldn't want to be without a kitchen sink for that long, but Mike is my neighbor and I love supporting independent workers. I am SO glad we put up with the inconvenience of not having a sink for a couple days. He also did a ton of other little things that he didn't charge me for after he unclogged my sink and only charged me for the sink. Amazing. Mike is the BEST!!!

Save yourself the headache and just call him. I'm so happy I did! He is smart, friendly, genuine and reasonable. He saved me lots of money and gave advice that saved me from further costs.

Michael came over to fix a leaky kitchen sink pipe. He gave me a set time for his appointment, showed up promptly, and was finished in half an hour. He was very friendly and informative. He advised me of do-it-yourself items I should do relating to my garbage disposal (sign up for warranty, and how to unclog) and the hole through which the pipe comes out of the wall (to keep mice out)...unrelated to what he was doing, but meant to save me money (and having to call a plumber) in the long run. I would definitely use him again. He seems cost conscious and trustworthy!!!

Michael is the cat's pajamas. He just installed a sink and Toto toilet at Casa Canine. We are soooooooooo grateful; don't you even think of making any ""and your little dog, too"" jokes...

Wow. Another plumber had come by, fumbled around for an hour, and told me he couldn't fix a problem with our toilet and that I needed to buy a new toilet for $400. I wanted a second opinion, and Michael fixed it and another toilet in an hr for $90.

He was knowledgeable and pleasant and even sent me a postcard that reflected our conversation!

Amazing service. I'll definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Since my FTR, I'm really pleased and gratified that Michael Your Plumber has done so well by helping so many people. Reaching Michael can sometimes be a challenge and that's probably because such practical plumbing and problem solving talent/service (with a smile) is in high demand and much appreciated. Be assured that he always calls back, shows up on time, and sees the job through with your needs in mind.

I've now brought him in on 3 different and challenging occasions and every time the quality and completeness of his work has been spot on and at very reasonable prices. He even made a trip out to Gayle's house and fixed a number of her plumbing issues and to her complete satisfaction. The thank you card afterward and the doggie treats he provides when he's here is just another example what a great guy and class act that is Michael Your Plumber.

Had another bathroom issue, this time it was a leaky toilet. After my last experience dealing with my funky bathroom fixtures I didnt even bother trying this one myself.

Straight to Michael. He was awesome as usual, had everything going smoothly in minutes! He even stopped by the next week to replace a valve that looked ready to go. The price was perfectly reasonable.

Seriously this guy is great. He even had treats for our puppy to keep her from barking at him. He doesn't even have a dog, he just keeps treats for clients that do. Yelp, please add a 6 star rating so I can adjust my reviews accordingly.

Don't even think about calling another plumber. All the great things people are saying about Michael on Yelp are right on. There is a reason that he is so busy with other customers that he may not be able to call you back immediately. He's highly informative and helpful (will tell you how to do it yourself if that is possible), responsive, efficient, and skilled. If I need a plumber again, I will call Michael.

I wish I could give Michael 10 stars.
He fixed all my plumbing problems and told some great stories along the way. He's trust-worthy, fair and a great communicator.

As for the guy down below who mentioned he couldn't reach him, sometimes we all have issues with our phones/voicemail. Not such a big deal. Try again! Michael always calls back, and he always shows up on time and sees the job through.
