Michael went out of his way and helped explain to me the issues that caused the plumbing problem! He did a Great job and goes above and beyond for his customers! As a first time homeowner with a busy schedule...it was SUCH a relief to have found a reliable and honest plumber!!! He showed up within 3 hours of calling him on a Friday afternoon--when other businesses pushed me aside for the next day. I would HIGHLY recommend his plumbing service!!!

I have used Michael several times and have been very happy each time. He has fixed a water valve, cleared a drain and removed a piece of wood in my sink line that was causing low water pressure.

He is always on time and is very helpful in explaining how I can maintain or do certain things myself if I am willing to take them on. As a new homeowner it is always good to deal with someone like Michael.

Gave Mike a call at 8:30AM; an hour and half later he was available for service. The big companies wanted to schedule me days later or at some random hour. Mike was straight forward and didn't beat around the bush when it came to fixing the problem. He gave me an over the phone estimate of $120, it ended being $138. Great guy/plumber. Will recommend to friends and family.

A girl picked up. Said he will call me back. 2 min later, seriously, he called.

Said it would cost $50 to come out to do an estimate. Said if I explained it to him he might be able to get a better estimate or maybe something small that I could do myself.

After I explained it to him, he asked a few question and said "sound you can do this yourself already". So he told me to give it a try and fix it then call him back if it's something else.

What a guy! I would give him 6 stars if there is such a thing.

Nice Guy and Professional But one of (no correction) the most expensive plumber I have used. Make sure to get a quote before tell let him do the work.

When I discovered a problem that required me to shut off the water main, I looked on Yelp, and decided to call Michael. Even though it was slightly earlier than 8 in the morning, Michael returned my call within minutes. He had another morning appointment, but said he could come in the afternoon. Around noon, he called, and said he was on his way. He arrived promptly thereafter. He was polite, personable, seemed knowledgeable, and quickly sized up the problem. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate that was less than I expected. While he was working, I interrupted him a few times to discuss other plumbing issues. He did not appear annoyed at my interruptions, and patiently explained what caused the problems, what my options were, and what his recommendations were - which generally didn't involve me spending any extra money. Michael is the plumber that you will wish you had discovered much earlier.
