he came in and snaked the drain for us, fixing the prob...then explained to me how I could go about fixing this, myself, in the future...very cool of him to do that

that's why I would use him again!

Michael has been our plumber for several years. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more professional plumber or one who is more fair. He tends to charge by the task, not by the hour, so "you're not paying for some guy to take a smoke break" as he puts it. Highly recommended.

My wife and I could have hardly been more pleased with Michael Hairston. After having been gouged by a competitor to fix a gas leak, it was more than refreshing to experience first-rate service. They stayed at the task until the job was done, ensured everything was sealed correctly, and didn't make a huge mess of our front yard. And my wife and I had to do a double-take at the price. It was significantly less than the competitor and the customer service and work done was certainly superior. I'd highly recommend them anytime!

Michael came to the house to fix a shower arm that had broken off in the wall. Got here exactly when he said he would. Trouble shot the problem and had us back up and showering. Even cleaned up after the job was completed. Reasonable priced. Future plumbing fixture issues and he will be the one we call.

I guess Michael is too busy now? I called based on the great reviews and then I was "pimped out" to another plumber, Jesse from Benchmark Plumbing.

Everything turned out good- but I am really surprised that Michael's office didn't bother to give a courtesy call saying they couldn't handle the business but had recommendations.

We called Michael based on other yelp reviews, to come out and pro-actively replace our 10 year old attic water heaters. Michael was on time, had all the materials necessary to do the job, was courteous, did a great job, and didn't leave a mess. The price he quoted was the price we paid. As good as it gets. I would highly recommend him.

We called Mr. Hairston based on his reviews on Yelp and were not disappointed. I didn't really think he could fix our problem, but he told us his plan before he came and we decided to let him try. A screw was stuck in the line of a garden tub, completely stopping the flow of hot water. He managed to get it out, saving us considerable cost of having to gain access to the line.
