When looking for a plumber, I searched for a small local business where the tradesman takes pride in their work. And I found exactly what I needed with this plumber, Michael Hairston. He was on time, friendly, worked efficiently, attention to detail, respectful of your property, honest rates, never tried to up sell me. I highly recommend, and I will definitely use him again.

He figured out the solution to a plumbing problem I've had for years and didn't even charge anything extra for that except just a ten dollar part that solves a thousand dollar potential problem.

I called on a Saturday and left a message with the answering service. Mike called me right back. I asked him if he could provide an estimate for the freshwater line repipe of our house using pex since we have water leaks based on our post leak test after our foundation repair. Mike said he used to do repipe installs but not anymore. However, he took the time to guide and explain to me about the plumbing codes for City of Plano. Mike also went over the installation of the shower pan which is done by plumbers not tile installers for our bathrooms that has to meet the code requirements. Very knowledgeable and honest. Disappointed that he was not able to take on the scope of work. However, very appreciative that he took the time to answer my plumbing questions.

Very honest, helpful, and nice guy. He called us back within 5 minutes and even let my weird mom Facetime him to show him the "problem". Turns out everything was good and instead of taking advantage of her and replacing the part, he assured her that the part is fine, it's just very gross looking since it's old and it saved her $350 dollars.

Solid guy. I was unable when he came over so I had my brother work with Michael when he arrived. We had an issue with our shower fader and unable to unscrew a retainer for our stem value. He took care of it fairly easily and my brother said he was very friendly and answered all questions. I would recommend and will likely call him for future concerns.

Came here quick, and performed the work quickly as well. Michael needed to open a wall, but patched it so well didn't need to get a separate dry wall person, and left a clean area.

ABOVE & BEYOND !! Washer drain was overflowing into utility closet. Micheal was able to come out that day, test it and fix it. We were talking about another 'water' issue i was having in the utility closet close to my HVAC. For months to the right of the HVAC the floor would get wet. I'd had a roofer out and all the flashing was fine, HVAC guy said no water from there, I was at a loss. Micheal took off the cover to the coils and they were not draining correctly. He had some tool that was able to go back and pull out dog hair that was clogging the drain holes (I foster for Good Shepherd German Shepherds Rescue and I have a large Pittbull and Rottweiler). I had many folks look at that issue and none were able to help! Michael when far beyond my drain issue, and did not charge me any extra - I could not be happier with his talent, customer service and customer care!!!!

This has been one of the worst service experiences I can ever recall. Please STAY AWAY!! from this guy. He charged us almost $200 bucks for wrongly diagnosing a leak in our Ceiling. I ended up spending another $200 because of his incorrect diagnosis. After almost four months we are still suffering with the Leak I would avoid this guy at all costs. Hiring him is like flushing your dollars down the drain. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against this Guy. I don't think he should be allowed to fleece any more people.

Exceptional work and service. Michael has done two hot water heaters for me in the last year, both because of acute issues with them leaking. He is prompt to return calls and keeps commitments. Knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My 'go to' company for plumbing issues. He has done other work for me as well, even teaching me how to fix smaller issues.
