Called at 9am and spoke with a woman who took my info and said Mike would call me back. Mike called about 2 min later and said he could be out that afternoon. He arrived and was very informative about the issue and even recommend not having to replace some parts that would save me some money. Honest and professional gentleman. Would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.

Gave Mike a call at 8:30AM; an hour and half later he was available for service. The big companies wanted to schedule me days later or at some random hour. Mike was straight forward and didn't beat around the bush when it came to fixing the problem. He gave me an over the phone estimate of $120, it ended being $138. Great guy/plumber. Will recommend to friends and family.
