His previous role at Oro Loma Sanitary District as a Class B driver and collection maintenance worker provided him with invaluable experience. There, he performed tasks like jetting city main sewer lines, conducting video inspections, and maintaining these lines daily. He developed important trade skills and customer service expertise while working at ARS Rescue Rooter East Bay. He occasionally managed a team of four or more for complete house repipes, trenchless sewer lateral replacements, and gas line reroutes. Kevin T.First of all I handled this all remotely and the scheduling could not have been easier. Michael is local (which we prefer) and was only supposed to come do the estimate for leaky faucets and incomplete water supply shutoff on both faucets and then return to do the work another day. After speaking with him on the phone, he thoroughly explained what was entailed and mentioned that he could start immediately. Long story short four angle stops and 4 cartridge replacements in about 2-3 hours. Included estimate, a trip to Home Depot and the actual work. If you need a great local plumber, he's your guy! Extremely happy with the work
