Kevin T.First of all I handled this all remotely and the scheduling could not have been easier. Michael is local (which we prefer) and was only supposed to come do the estimate for leaky faucets and incomplete water supply shutoff on both faucets and then return to do the work another day. After speaking with him on the phone, he thoroughly explained what was entailed and mentioned that he could start immediately. Long story short four angle stops and 4 cartridge replacements in about 2-3 hours. Included estimate, a trip to Home Depot and the actual work. If you need a great local plumber, he's your guy! Extremely happy with the work
