Totally incompetent, scheduled to service calls both of them were no showed and when calling the company expecting to call back to confirm an appointment with a manager never received a call. Do not waste your time find another plumbing company.

Initially, there were some challenges with the job, however they won us over by consistently communicating updates and doing so with a focus on customer experience. Ultimately, they did a great job and were fair with the pricing. Diana, Eddie and Lazaro (super-hero plumber) are a credit to their team. I would use MSP again and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a problem with a commode that had a broken seal. The commode was a bear to deal with-heavy and very fussy ( it is a Durovit) The first plumber I called failed to fix the issue. I called Miami Shores and made an appointment. They showed up on time, worked diligently and resolved the issue. Charges were as agreed. To sum up: they showed up on time, did the job right, we're very polite/professional and charged as agreed=5 stars.
