I had a problem with a commode that had a broken seal. The commode was a bear to deal with-heavy and very fussy ( it is a Durovit) The first plumber I called failed to fix the issue. I called Miami Shores and made an appointment. They showed up on time, worked diligently and resolved the issue. Charges were as agreed. To sum up: they showed up on time, did the job right, we're very polite/professional and charged as agreed=5 stars.

They've done 3 jobs for me and have been great. The last job was to fix a line that the septic tank company missed during a septic tank install. They fixed the issue the right away all while making sure not to damage the parts of the yard we're just repaired. Honest and they make sure they do the work the right way. Scheduled MSP to address our condo inoperable bathroom shower diverter and leaky sink faucet. After 1.5 hours, charged at $225, the tech left with the problems not fixed. I called and reported the two issues were not fixed, the person said she would discuss it with the 'supervisor' to see what could be done. A week later (today) I have heard nothing back on any adjustment. Very disappointing that our issues were not addressed and fixed. As a result of our experience, sorry to report that I can not recommend MSP.

Buyer beware. I had a clogged kitchen sink. Miami Shores plumbing came on day one to snake the drain charged $300 and were unable to resolve the issue. They told me they would be back in the morning to try a different solution. The next day no one showed up. When I called the office I was told nothing was on the schedule but they would send someone as soon as they could. I waited all morning and finally the same plumber came back later that afternoon snaked the drain again charged me an additional $300 and it didn't work. A second employee came to look under my house. I was charged $125 for this but it was never communicated to me that I would be charged """"extra"""" for the second employee. It's important to note that half the time the second employee was standing around doing nothing and the first employee took 30 mins to write out my invoice. After two days $725 and no results I was quoted $7500 to fix the problem. This was at Friday at 5pm. I asked for a detailed invoice outlining a full description of parts and labor to justify the $7500 quote. They told me I would receive the invoice Monday. Shockingly no invoice was emailed bc they were full of $hit. In total I paid $725 over two days and had to take two days off from work for nothing. I called another company and they solved my problem for $1200. $1200 versus $7500 is a HUGE discrepancy. I do not trust this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
