Very dishonest company. Do not hire this company. They overcharged me and billed me for unnecessary work. Do not use this company. If I could give a negative star I would.

After only approving $150 service call, and asking for the plumber to call with any additional charges to be approved, I received a bill for over $600.00. Along with this issue, the plumber listed parts that were not even installed on the invoice. Supposedly they fired him, but I have my doubts. This is especially frustrating since I am representing a foreigner owner and makes Miami and all of us look very unprofessional with fake invoices and over inflated prices. First and last time I will use them. Client beware.

I am a realtor and used MSP for a seller. I am surprised by the reviews to be honest as they 'mostly' did a great job. They were on time, the guy was super friendly also. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because he left a bit of a mess, but I guess that's not such a big deal. On time plumbers are hard to come by! I would use them again.

I would not recommend this company at all. We had a problem with our shower that was not only fixed by the plumber they sent but also left undone and with more problems then before. The plumber was dirty, and didn't care about being careful how to place his heavy metal tools around our bathroom vanities and floor. He said he needed a piece, instead of calling to the shop making sure they would have what he needed (suggested by us but refused by him to do so), he just left in the middle of the work for about 40 min and came back with nothing, because the shop did not have the piece. He left our house without fixing or really doing anything. Today Miami Shores Plumbing charged us (without any communication) $187.50 for NOTHING! We will NEVER use them again!!!

Update: After we sent the complaint about the huge amount of bills that they did adjust the invoice. So, I'd like to give the credit to the personal in charge of the billing dept. At least he cares of the voice from the customers.

The worst plumbing company in the world!! You call them..they quote you one amount for an hour, then once plumber is here..you get another quote...then you call and they repeat exactly what you are saying to them on the phone....with no resolution. No help at all!! I had them out in June 2018 for the same problem..they don't even have a record of the service done...now 5 months later same problem!! Don't use them!! Complete rip off....they were highly recommended to me, I've been living here 14 years....never will use them again!!!

I've used MSP for seven years, ever since I purchased my home in the shores. Won't be using them again. The guys who came out are friendly and efficient. But unfortunately what they quote you and charge you changes depending on what they want to get out of you. I was told $150/HR plus materials. So the labor wasn't the 3 hours plus materials they had quoted at $625. They arrived at 11:30 and were done by 1:05 pm. My bill should have been around $350 to $400 according to the managers explanation of the breakdown. But no, I still got charged $625 because they sent two people out instead of one. Which was never mentioned at any point until I asked why my bill wasn't adjusted. Will definitely listen to the nextdoor website reviews and other neighbors recommendations and use anyone but them next time.

This was the worst job a plumbing company can do. We hired them to replace a water filter for kitchen As they installed the water filter and connect it back, it cause the ice maker in the fridge to leak due to the wrong connection. They fixed it by disconnecting the ice maker and now we don't have ice While fixing the water pressure in shower, they decided to change the mixer, and asked to shut the water off from the main gage under the sink. Once they replaced the mixer I said they were all finished and ready to leave I asked to check the water to see if it improved I find that they left the water shut off. I asked how come they said because there is a leak at the main gage. I asked why wouldn't they fix it. They are a plumbing company. Their answer was that it needs a plumber!! It was an embarrassing situation for a plumbing company to cause a leak and pretend it was not part of their jobs and then to refuse to fix it I would never recommend them to anyone and everyone should stay away from their services

Good service, but expensive. In the first minute of the conversation I was informed that they charge $150 per hour. My work was simple: Two leaks (nothing major or urgent) and replacing a set of sink faucets that I provided. According to the plumber nothing was fixable. Everything had to be replaced. Total price $1,5000. When I asked why that expensive, the plumber, even without me asking, gave me a $200 """"discount"""". Never again.
